Ballerina, I give it a tap in par. John Wick world is fantastic. It’s getting kind of repetitive. Still, really fun to watch though.

I've seen a half dozen reviews of this movie. But this is the most concise and also accurate one I've seen so far. 3 sentences. Nice job, @saevel25

MI, The Final Reckoning: Birdie. Could have been overall par except for the submarine and the plane sequences. Dood pushes some serious human limits as has become bit of a norm for him in the MI (..and Top Gun 2) movies. I'm glad he isn't dead. Seriously.

Finally watched Interstellar.

Probably the best sci-fi movie I’ve ever seen. I give it a 9.5/10.

I wonder how the time scale and whatnot work in this movie.

Hmm, Just watched the trailer and it left way more questions, lol.

The book was a Hugo Award finalist. I would assume the author didn't mess up time as a variable here. Looks interesting.

I read the book and loved it. I think Ryan Gosling is an excellent choice too. The book handled the time issue pretty well.

I read the book way back in high school before the Schwarzenegger version came out. It was when it was still written by Richard Bachman, before we knew that Richard Bachman was a pseudonym for Stephen King. The book is pretty much nothing like the Schwarzenegger film. The beginning of this trailer looks a bit like the book. The wife, the sick daughter, trying to raise money for medicine for the daughter.

In the book Ben Richards thinks and bluffs his way trying to survive. This looks a little over the top, but could be fun.

Looks like he has an ally in this one, too.

In the book there's a network of anti-establishment rebels who try to help the running men escape. He meets up with a couple of them along the way. The one I remember most from the book is an overweight teenager who lives with his mom and tries to hide Richards, but the young man's mom turns them both in for the reward money.

Fantasy Four: First Steps gets an easy birdie.

I would say one of the best acted Marvel movie. The family aspect was so good. Pedro Pascal is amazing. I liked how the movie was just a set of problems that need to be solved, and not just super heroes blowing everything up to fight an enemy. A really smart super hero movie and well done. Good stuff.

Watched The Gentlemen, took a little bit to get into it, but very good Guy Ritchie movie.  Collin Farrell and Hugh Grant were great. Give it a birdie.

@colin007, in terms of realistic sci-fi, its the best ever. They actually had an astrophysicist consult on the movie to be as accurate as possible with what we know about the universe.

For like dystopian, Blade Runner is probably king. Action/suspense is probably Alien/Aliens. Though Starship Troopers is fantastic. The Matrix is amazing.

I loved Arrival. Annihilation is a good one. Event Horizon is also one of my classic sci-fi favorites.

And now for something completely different: Happy Gilmore 2.

I watched HG1 as an adult, and it was alright, but probably would have been better if I watched it as a kid. HG2 had some good parts, but overall I wasn't a big fan. I knew there would be pros in the movie, but I imagined some cameos, not them being straight up actors through large parts of the movie. They're not actors and it showed. I could've done with a lot less of them and John Daly was maybe the best of the pros. The Maxi part was boring.

    • Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.
    • Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.
    • Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
    • I have access to far more data (including surveys and polls) than you do with your anecdotes. I mean this as plainly and literally as possible: you’ve demonstrated that you do not. They would, one way or the other.
    • Yes, but you don't live in the UK, so you have no idea what we think about it here. It's a very different mindset here, to demonstrate the fact you should consider 9 out of 10 games we play here are Stableford, whereas you you almost solely play medal. Neither is right or wrong, it's just different  I'm trying to avoid swearing here. Once again, and for the 1000th time, I understand the system, I just don't agree with it. Is there anything wrong with that? PS, I do not have the time or patience to post my results, especially as they prove nothing  That's because 99% of the posters are Yanks
