The main distribution hub in our area of Wisconsin is Eau Claire.  If I send a letter to my neighbors house, it travels 3 hours to Eau Claire, gets sorted and comes back.

LMFAO! I don't think tracking #s really work in their favor; I think they further illustrate how inefficient the USPS is.

I think they're okay. It went from one hub to another hub.

Purely anecdotal on my part. Just thought it was funny at the time. I'm sure this kind of thing is not limited to the USPS.

Yep, just double-checked it. Who knows… Yours definitely shows that it went to MA.

Wait, Springfield, MA is only 90 minutes from you. It's probably just a USPS hub (like Warrendale, PA).

Looks like you'll get it tomorrow. John's took a fairly normal route:

Last time I tracked an incoming package, it left some nearby facility (Philly, maybe?) in the morning, and was checked in later in the evening at the same facility.

I think they're okay. It went from one hub to another hub.



Oh, I know about hubs - I was just kidding around.  I would have been upset if it had gone from PA to Chicago or something - haha.

Since it was in MA 5 hours ago I'm kind of hoping they make a 6PM delivery to Albany but, yeah, likely tomorrow.

Yeah, because USPS sucks. I can't tell you how many buyers have demanded refunds from me because tracking shows a package leaving my house and being delivered to my house an hour later.

You just bought and we just shipped today. Tracking #s will show up at 6pm or so… later tonight. You're jumping the gun. The post office generally only updates once or twice a day. It's not UPS or FedEx (nor did we pay $10+ to ship your book).

Gotta love the USPS, not. No updates for a tracking number since the 17th is slightly disappointing. It's not surprising to me that the companies like FedEx and UPS are beginning to run them into the ground. That said I'm extremely excited for Monday, the expected delivery date, so I can read it and head out to the course afterwords.

It was shipped Media Mail. It's not going to get a lot of tracking updates. :)

Oiii, $29 for the book, $18 for intl. shipping, $10 tax - about $60 overall. Plus three weeks wait. Uugh.

Do you plan to sell via Amazon UK, which cuts shipping and tax expenditures?
