The SE Michigan Golf Show is this coming weekend.

Disappointing....   I was hoping to see some launch monitors....Nothing.   My friend did take a chance on the hole in one and was within 29'.    We'll see if he gets a call back for Sunday's competition.      I bought a Tin-Cup thinking I'd found a University of Michigan one.   When I got it home.....Nope....Maryland.   Their logos are different!    Now it's just trash!

My allergies are flaring up and it's snowing outside. WTF, weather?

Dry air in the house! It aggravates everything. I spray "Simply Saline" up my nose every day and it helps. It's by Arm & Hammer, and is just water with salt and baking soda in it. No meds involved. Try it!

My gf's allergies increase during snow storms as well.

We are projected to get 12 inches Tuesday and already got 2 1/2 at my house today.

We only got an inch, but it's 10 degrees this morning.

-2 here now. I'll be in Waltham today or tomorrow. Doesn't look like any outdoor activities for today.

Bummer.  If you used a "Maize" sharpie, very few are going to notice the difference between a Michigan, Maryland or Minnesota "M". Then again, I live in Ann Arbor but do not bleed maize & blue.  Perhaps the "M" style makes all the difference.

As to the "disappointing" part, I hear you.  Every year there are more financial advisers and gutter guard retailers.  I go to the show because of "tradition" (habit) and typically the weather is too shitty to play golf.

Wow. Looks pretty out the window, but 21 degrees driving in this morning. Makes it a lot easier to be locked in the office all weekend.

Yeah. The weather up there looks pretty awful.

Hope you don't have the wind we experienced the other day.    Gusts to 70 mph and thousands without power for an extended time.      We are sitting at 15º with the chill factor of -3º.

It's pretty windy today. Not 70 mph but gusty.

I did.  That is very sad.    When something like this happens it makes me wonder...what if....why...

Just heard the local weatherman on the nightly news. He says we have a "glut" of snow coming in the next week. While I am generally in favor of gluttony and most other vices, for snow in the middle of March? Not so much!

It seems our St.Patty's day misery is setting up right on schedule!

Some of the biggest snow storms have happened in March.   I was out west skiing a couple of weeks ago and they were saying they get their biggest snow storms in March too.

I was golfing last year in March....and loving it!

So this might be covered elsewhere in the hundred thirty some pages on the thread but what's the coldest y'all have played in?

I have in the low 30s a few times and once when it was 17 (with wind chill) on a dare.  Played all 18 with no one else  on the course.

I will today at noon. Will be 39.
