Meh, after his interview with Jim Nantz today during the final round of the LA Open… I don't think he's going to be playing at the Masters.

That's my take also.   He always holds his cards close but this just seemed to be a little pessimistic about a return by the Masters.

From what I've heard, at one point Nike was very low on wedge blanks for tour players so they sourced some blank heads from Miura. The heads were ground by Nike tour club guys, were in play for a shor

I don't know if this has been brought up here before, but I just watched a YouTube video about Tiger's SixPeat - his six year run of 3 USGA Junior Amateurs followed by his 3 US Amateurs.

Oh, I'm somewhat surprised he wasn't at dinner. I'd heard he was up and about.

But no:

I dunno how reliable People Magazine is, but here it is:

Quote

The source adds, "He is focused on his continued recovery. There is a rehabilitation plan in place."

"He has his down moments but is doing everything he can to heal," says another source. "He wants go back on tour at some point. He is eager to get back into shape."

There’s another photo of Woods in a golf cart, he was watching his son in a tournament. Not gonna post it because he didn’t look happy the photo was taken probably paparazzi but he is getting around which is good.

He has recovered amazingly fast. Crutches one week, hitting irons a few later.

Good thing he’s hitting irons, because we know he can’t drive!

I know.  I know....      😂

    • Day 1: Starting over because I keep forgetting to post. More chipping/pitching COVID-19 drills with new wedges. Then downswing priority piece work with 7-iron.
    • My usual dbl bogie- bogie- bogie start till the back let me swing. Settled in and was 4 over at the turn after an additional bogie nullified by a bird.  Was even on the back till we hit a log jam on the tee of 15. lost concentration and bogied in. 80.  I would like to add, I wasn't having a particularly  good ball striking day. I could have easily shot a lot worse, but the forgiveness of the T300s and a good day with the flat stick kept me out of the mid 80s.
    • Day 157.  I spent ten minutes hitting balls with my 6-iron indoors.  I'll be playing tomorrow, and I would have liked to get out to practice chipping and putting on a real green, but it wasn't in the cards for today's plans.  I am glad I at least got some practice in, though.  Hmm... I see Boogie did Superspeed.  I'm not sure why I put mine away a few months ago, but I need to get them back out and get back to it.
    • Day 35 (31 Jul 21) - easy day of working on trial arm position thru the swing.  I tend to under rotate (hips stop, arms try to carry the load), this drill forces the hips to keep going, taking the trunk with it.
    • The real truth is that I'm probably the annoying playing partner. I both suck and still get mad anyway. That said, very few people really annoy me. I guess the ones that move ahead of where my ball landed because they didn't realize I was so far behind them annoy me. ... Also the guys that try to give me advice in the middle of the round bother me. ... Most people don't do either.
