Don't automatically update the leaderboard before we see the putt, Fox!

JD taking a page out of the how to act over dramatic Tigger book. Making sure everyone knows that it's a miracle that he can make it to the next hole. I know people with Real Vertigo, and you could not play golf if it was very bad at all.

Everyone's so fixated on the big boys, we should know from past history that probably the little known South African will win. Reminds me of Goosen a bit. Not well known, but wins and solid world ranking suggest he's pretty good. Plus South Africans have been winning majors in bunches the last 15 years.

What terrible advice from Brad Faxon, about hitting a club hard instead of going up one and swinging easy. Didn't Norman lose the Masters because he overswung a five iron instead of going up to a four?

Saw that too ... That was lame. Like watching a tape delayed event on a sports channel and they show the final of that game on the ticker along the bottom. Well thanks a lot!

Nice view of the mountains as Spieth hits a shot we don't see, lol

If Spieth pulls this off, he is in the same book as Tiger, Jack, etc for me. The only thing that could derail him is a severe injury, or a mad SO coming at him with an 8 iron, heh heh.

Tiger completed the Non-Calendar Year Grand Slam, 4 consecutive majors, different seasons. if someone ever wins all 4 in the same season, it will be a real Grand Slam, and it will be better.

    • day 94. Realized I’m getting a little too handsy. Worked on getting the club into good places and much shorter, slower swings to learn the movement.
    • 16th was a bit of loss of concentration and 18th looked like a low percentage putt from get go. I thought he ran out of mental gas those last few holes.
    • Played a good round today in which other than butchering a recovery shot on 14th for a double bogey six it was a fairly non-eventful round with five bogeys and a birdie until an eagle on 18th courtesy of a season best 207 yard 4 iron to eight feet that I then drained. Love it when par 5s are downwind. Came home and recorded an unrehearsed video. Wasn't worth posting. Still looks the same - armsy/handsy. Will keep working.
    • I will give this a try.  Yea. I sometimes try to break down how much the right arm moves in the backswing. It isn't much. So, yea not slowing it down fast enough or soon enough.
