Played 18 today. Yes, that's three days in a row, and yes, I'm exhausted. I wanted to get a few weekends like this in during the summer to check my exhaustion levels before the club championship, where last year I made the final group on the final day, only to be too exhausted to do much more than take half-[redacted] swings on the final nine. During yesterday's round (TST So Cal outing), something hit me on the driver shots. I've tried today to get that feeling on driver and irons, and did for some shots. Mostly it's the effortless feeling midswing. I can't really describe it, except that a few shots made me think "is this what it feels like to be a good player?"

5 minutes on the right elbow again.... On the plus side, I think if I can nail this down, it will make a big difference with contact and maybe some distance gains.

At least 5 minutes of Aimpoint putting practice before a round (and 2nd one) today.   29 putts & 29 putts for 1st & 2nd rounds, respectively.  How's that for the 5+ minutes of practice, eh?

How did you do your AimPoint putting practice (unless the playing was the practice, haha)?

Shortest session of the month.  8 minutes total.  Half swings, Hip turn and keep head from moving forward.  3/4 and then full swings, same thing and nice smooth tempo.  Note:  Felt like progress is being made.  Felt like I was staying back and the club was brushing the carpet jut ahead of the spot that would have been the ball.

Played a practice round and fell back into my old habits again towards the end. Did 5 minutes this morning, and plan to do the same every hole or so while waiting to tee off.

This morning did my 5 minutes trying to implement a bowed left wrist and laying shaft down fluidly without stopping.  I think I have to continue to do the drill some more going slower.

30 minutes working on a closed club face at A4. I'm experimenting with a stronger right hand grip which I will test out at the range tomorrow.

10 to 15 minutes of mirror work.  Working on the same drills.  I missed most of last week traveling for business.

Did my 5 minutes, but without feedback or a mirror and I think I'm just reinforcing crap. Just shot 43 on the same front 9 where last week I was pretty decent. Going to practice in front of a mirror, and with video feedback.

Tried recording some swings but had a bad angle so they didn't come out. Then practiced some short chips with a nine iron.
