I usually like to play it against a friend - closest to the hole, or putting it out. First to three up wins.

I putted everything out. I'll have to see if "The Legend" is around Sunday when I go to play.

Doing lots of slow flat lead wrist swings. Finally gaining some flexibility to move slower. Working on slower. . .

Played 18 yesterday trying to hit my key backswing keys... moving behind ball, chest laser, umbrella (I only focus on the first for my actual shot, the others on practice swings). Then shifting to visualizing throwing a ball on my forward swing.  It helps a lot. Basically just three bad swings (old moves creeping back in) and a brain fart blew up an otherwise solid round.

Worked on slow motion backswings this morning hitting all the keys above, then topped it off with 20 swings with the "ball throw" visual. Obviously, trying to get to the point where these motions become automatic and replace the old bad stuff as what feels "right." It's a journey.

30 minutes of maintenance pitching in the backyard before my round later today. At first I was making sure the bounce was staying engaged - hit several slightly fat to make sure the bounce was used. After that i hit different shot types (low runner, low checker, a little higher/softer) from different lie's

Spent the time between flipping the ribs on the grill doing mirror practice in the back yard. Concentrating on slowing hip turn in the back swing and proper right knee movement in the downswing.

Missed July 3, so out of the month already. Hit the range today, bucket of 40. Worked on left knee and transition and hitting slowly so as to be able to practice the key pieces.

Played a round of frisbee golf with my son and 2 nephews. Shot even, son shot +2, nephew 1 -2, nephew 2 +3 18 posts. Used my hips to launch the disk. I think it loosens up the hips in the opposite direction for me. Threw one drive pick high on a par 4. Playing Ultimate in college translates pretty nicely to disc golf.

Spent 1.5 hours at the range, short game area and putting green.

At the range focusing on key 1 and key 2, trying to get my divot beyond the ball.  Sand trap practice, trying to have the right arm softer and taking less sand.

7/4/15: 3 shag bags, getting distances right, swinging a little harder... Actually straight hitting it harder its funny, I'm not in nearly as much pain as I usually am after a session like that. Mostly a shot zone day... Tourney tomorrow and Monday. Results: Driver 275 (I haven't averaged 275 in four years, 20 balls that was the average) 4-iron: 200 7-iron: 165 9-iron: 140 A Wedge:115
