Have scored under 80 several times, same with Eagles.  Who knows when I'll get that lucky Hole in One.  Several close enough for a heart attack, but I never wind up buying drinks!

Not sure what a lot of the other awards mean, but I'm sure I'll figure them out in time.

Broke par finally 🤣

I have won the net division of the 2024 William Anderson Match Play Championships at Neshanic Valley Golf Course.

Broke par (finally!) with 69 from the white tees at Wing Point Country Club on July 25. It's a par 71 course. One eagle, 4 birdies, 9 pars, and 4 bogeys. Finished birdie, birdie, par on #16-18.

Hey, @iacas. From what I understand, you're the achievement hander-outer? What do I need to do?

You can start here: https://thesandtrap.com/awards/

Drill down to the Golf Achievements and Site Awards pages, and compile the list of which ones you have done. Then you just make your claim here, providing any information.

If you won a tournament or got an eagle like 35 years ago or something, then we tend send you back for something more current. A hole in one though, might be cool. But just what makes sense. I have one eagle from high school that was total luck, and I don't claim that, for example.

Just post here in this thread the relevant details of each one you think you're justified for, and @iacas will then respond as you probably see above in the 20+ pages.

Just found this section of the Sand Trap!  Purchased and read LSW last year before I joined the Sand Trap forum.  Got my first eagle sometime in the 1980's.  Won eight tournaments on the Michigan Amateur Tour from 2008-2012.

First, congrats on the good play.  Second, in order to actually tag a user, you need to type the @ symbol, followed by a few characters, and then select the user's name from the list that should appear. like this  @iacas

Well, I  got another eagle (2nd) and broke 90. (88) Does a scramble count on Tournament Winner? Just a thought.

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
