Jason has gotta realize he was given another chance and capitalize. He and DJ need to go out there and put a good number down into the clubhouse and force Jordan to press going into the last few holes which gave him trouble. Both of them absolutely need to take advantage of their length on the 5s.

JD has shot 64 on this course before, and DJ has recorded multiple Eagles in a round here before. Matsu has recorded three consecutive rounds of par or better in windy conditions. In two holes, Jordan has gone from having a commanding lead, to needing a round in the 60s tomorrow if he wants to win this thing. He wins by playing steady golf, and he has not been steady for most of the last 36 holes, and momentum is not on his side.

Serious Question --- did Jordan Speith NOT break the rules of golf by walking up and standing directly in his line of putt to the hole before his first putt on 18?

I am not a rules expert, but I took the AimPoint class and the instructor made it very, very clear to me that I could not actually stand directly on my line of putt to the hole....straddle, stand to the side, whatever.....but NOT on the line of the putt.....I have replayed this 4 times and am sure he walked up and stood directly on his line and leaned down for a read teh rest of the way in

Am I wrong?

Tomorrow will be a birdie fest. I bet they water the greens tonight to help out.

Jordan better hope those last two drive don't show up tomorrow. Those were not wind influenced shots. I think there will be a few low scores tomorrow. For me Jason Day is the guy I think who will make a charge. He played really well to keep himself in the match. He has the putter to really drain a lot of putts.

If Spieth is pressing on those 2 holes tomorrow, he'll win.  The problem was that he was tapping the brakes towards the end of the round the past 2 days.  

If conditions were going to be tough tomorrow, I think it would  be Jordan's going away.  Given benign conditions, I think Rory and Day could make a charge.  But, Jordan can go low here if needbe.  He's in the driver's seat but by no means a lock. Langer and Smylie have no chance.  It'll be one of those 3, I believe.

Brakes! His driver went AWOL on him. Brakes would be laying up or settling for middle of the green for 40-50 ft putts. He was trying to build the biggest lead he could. His driver left him. Don't sugar coat it.

I doubt it. Less wind and I think they water the greens a lot overnight. The Masters routinely makes sunday a day for scoring. If Day and Johnson can take advantage of their length and attack the par 5's with tap in birdies and maybe an eagle then they have the big advantage over Spieth.

Spieth was playing for par on those holes the past 2 days.  Sure, he hit driver but he was playing to make par.  That hurt him.  If he's pressing for birdies his mindset is stronger and he won't block those tee balls.  My opinion.
