I gave this tip a try the other day at the range. I wish I had room to video tap a face on swing. I was at a range with hitting bays. I found no difference in result of the swing. At least It's not uncomfortable to grip the club like that. 

The guy clearly is trying to hard justify why this is a good tip

Jesus frigging Christ! How God damned dumb do you think I am? Of course I checked the volume! Since the thing was obviously taped off of a TV, the sound quality didn't exactly surprise me! Just wished I could have heard what was coming out of the friggin' dummy's mouth!

Lol! Yeah I'd love to hear him explain the biomechanics of the right thumb and it's relationship to the left hip. Maybe he's just a fan of Six degrees of Kevin Bacon....but with body parts....

My volume is at 50% for Youtube video and 50% for my laptop setting. I can hear the video just fine.

I was able to watch it just fine on my phone, which due to the ridiculous case it's in, always sounds like a muted echo.

You claim volume is insufficient. Yet, two of use both can hear it clearly not even close to the highest level. The video was adequately viewable and understandable.
