Im not going to start another crazy argument/discussion that doesn't do any good for the both of us.

Im tired of this nonsense I created so I am taking a break.

All we are asking is for you to back up your claims with facts. Thats not a "crazy argument/discussion"

Nobody on this forum is looking to start a crazy argument, but we expect people to be able to back up their statements with facts.

You're nuts, man.

The text of the warning a moderator gave you says: "Please learn -promptly - how to behave on a forum. Because this ain’t it."

The way you've behaved on the forum is not how you behave on a forum if you want to be accepted, tolerated, etc.

You're not right about this topic. You're defensive about your 11.2 handicap when it's painfully obvious that you don't know anything about how to calculate a handicap. You don't answer direct questions.

The list goes on.

None of this is on topic here, so stop talking about off topic stuff in the many, many topics you've created already. That's also not how forums work.

I enjoy watching Brooks play and like the swagger he has on the course. He's also very entertaining in the press room, think he's definitely trying to play some mind games with his competitors with his comments on slow play, the amount he practices, the way he analyzes a field.

The first thing that pulls up when I search up Brooks Koepka, "Brooks Koepka frustrated by JB Holmes slow play"

I think the fact that there are articles about his opinion of slow play/Holmes shows he matters.

It’ll go silent for 2020. Koepka will go winless in majors.

Let me guess - you are going to pick Tiger. Amirite?

I’m always for Tiger...but I wouldn’t bet on Tiger winning any Major outside The Masters.

Not if he doesn’t put any reps in. Barely practiced for PGA or British. Put in some practice for US Open and played solid there..just couldn’t make a putt to save his life. I think he has a good chance at winning British if he preps for it better.

I would take the other side of that bet.

He must still have the practice in him from last week. He’s only one back of Rory. Great tourney.

I guess there isn’t a St. Jude Classic thread...but I’m saying this about Rory; it seems from his interview/statements after The Open that a new ‘light’ came on for him. Tomorrow will be a good indicator if Rory is ‘back.’ He’s paired with Koepka and has the lead. If Rory goes and hacks it up...that’s it. He had his glory and will just be another flash in the pan. If he wins...Rory’s back and will win a major in 2020.

No. Rory is only "back" when he wins another major.

WGC events are even less relevant than regular PGATour events.

Not if you consider SOF...that’s just Nicklaus talk you’re making.

    • Probably since the golfer has to swing the club back and up. The hands have to move back and up. You can feel them go back and up just by turning the shoulders and bending the right arm, because it brings your hands towards your right shoulder.  The difference is if you maintain width or not. Less width means a shorter feeling swing path so the more you need to lift the arms. Being as someone who gets the right arm bend at 110+ degrees, it's 100% a timing issue. I am use to like a 1.5+ second backswing. It probably should be like 1 second at most. Half a second or more will feel like an eternity. I have had swings where I keep my right arm straighter and I am still trying to time the downswing based on the old tempo.  Ideally, for me, it is probably going to be a much quicker and shorter (in duration) backswing, while keeping the right elbow straighter. Which also means more hinging to get swing length without over swinging.

    • I'm currently recuperating from surgery, so no golf, but have been thinking about this quite a bit. This and the don't overbend the right arm thing. It's hard for me to even pose the position, so I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like it's impossible to have the right humerus along the shirt seam and not overbend your right arm, unless your hands are down near your hips. If the left arm is up at or above the shoulder plane and your right arm is bent less than 90 degrees, then your right humerus has to raise or your hands will get pulled apart. Your left hand can't reach your right hand unless either the right upper arm is up or the right arm is overbent. Is that right? If it is, then focusing on not overbending the right arm would force you to raise the humerus. And actually thinking further on it, if you do overbend your right arm, then you're basically forcing your upper arm down or forcing your left arm to bend. Since (for me at least) bending the left arm too much is not something I think I need to worry about, it means that the bend in the trail arm is really the driving force behind what happens to the right humerus.
    • I managed to knock off a 3, a 13, and a 15 a couple of weeks ago. The 3 was a 185 yard par 3 with a 6 iron to 12 feet. 13 was a 350 yard par 4, which was a 2 iron and a 9 iron to about a foot. 15 was a 560 yard par 5 with a driver in a bunker, 4 iron into the semi, gap wedge to 8 feet and a putt.
