My insurance company sent an email that they will be applying a 20% credit to auto insurance policy premiums for two months. More people at home leads to fewer drivers on the road, so they're seeing fewer accidents and claims.

Our insurance company said they're dropping rates for the next six months. Our yearly payment is due in May, so go us! 🙂 I think they'll refund or extend those who already paid, though… 😉

I received an email from our lizard insurance company that they're going to credit all policies 15% in Sept.

Don't need to ask if they want the flagstick pulled or left in.

I've realized I'm a bit better of a cook of fundamentals than I used to think I was.  My breakfasts are getting better, that's for sure.

Something that was fundamentally wrong with my golf swing setup is in the process of getting fixed and is something I can reinforce regularly during this situation.

And something I've been meaning to start writing for about a year is getting written.

Down payment? Uh oh.

But I’ve loved having each of our dogs, so I hope you’ll keep it in your “positive from covid” category.

We've always had animals in the 40 years of marriage.  Her "baby" died about 3 years ago and I told her if she wanted to travel, no animals.  Well....

    • Yea, so to clarify for me. I do not feel the clubface much in the swing. I feel the weight of the club. I can feel if I hit the club off the heel or toe. When I try to feel if the clubface is open or closed in the swing, I feel it more with my hands, and less of the clubhead. I would classify majority of my swings as not feeling like the clubface does much of all. It feels like I hold the clubface open. In the finish, it doesn't feel like my left hand faces the ground. It feels more like it faces the sky. I will try to be more aware of this, but it was just the sensation I got when I was making what felt like good swings. For the most part, I was hitting slight draws or slight pushes.  On this golf trip, I had to hit a low 8 iron around a tree to the green. I made an alignment adjustment, and actively try to roll my hands a bit more to get it to sling around the corner. I do have a habit of not adjusting how the clubface comes through impact, and I can still hit the ball straight-ish even moving the ball way back in my stance and trying to swing out more.  Yea, my feels are more hands and arms, less actually feeling the clubface.
    • That truly had me laughing. Thanks If anyone is interested Sun Day Red is live. I clicked on the hats, seem they are sold out. Shorts 130 bucks, shirts 120, everything seems to be sold out already, at least from what I clicked on. 130 for shorts, I'll pass.
    • I stopped reading after that to say "yes."
    • Wasn't he bitching a while back because he couldn't get a tee time at Augusta?
    • How many times has that horse been molested by drunken teenagers?  How many pictures, clean or dirty, have been taken with said horse? How many times has someone tried to hit it with a golf ball? How many times has someone tried to steal it? How many times have the owners called the cops on any of the above mentioned items? How many of the above mentioned items have you been directly involved in?
