I don’t consider a standard pitching wedge the same as a 56 or 60 degree wedge! It’s just a 10 iron really!

First you said you dont own a wedge.

Then you said you have a pitching wedge and sand wedge.

Then you said you dont consider a pitching wedge a wedge, you consider it a 10 iron.

What about the sand wedge? What do you consider that?

Why would you blatantly lie? I don't understand man.

He’s clearly a poor misguided troll who doesn’t care about speaking nonsense or telling out-right lies as long as it continues to get a response

Well a 9 iron had little More loft than an 8 iron, a pitching wedge a little more than a 9 iron and a sand wedge a little more than a pitching wedge so it stands to reason to call them 8, 9, 10, and 11 irons! Does it really matter what you call them? Hitting them well is what matters!

I have been on a lot of different forums in the past 20 years and every once in a while there is someone like the OP that throws out a bunch of hogwash just to get responses. When it slows down he throws out more just to be controversial, The only way to stop him is not respond at all. Which of course I seem to be doing now. Just ignore him and he will go away. Last post for me.

It does when it means you're straight up lying to people.
