Yeah, who was it that doubted the rout? Team USA is trouncing the Euros rather convincingly. I absolutely love the noise, rowdy behavior, player/fan interaction and everything else about this event. Party on, Garth. Mass begins again at Augusta for the purists.

Why couldn't Rory be American this week? He is the easiest guy to root for in all of golf.

Why so? He's a man's man, full of testosterone and going balls out. Best golf strategy, probably not. But I love his f***itall and go for it attitude after wavering on him for awhile. He's going to draw a lot of new fans

Actually, no. I think he was a jerk. But he understood that match play is a different animal than stroke play, and he knew how to expose any mental weakness and make his opponent pay a mental price. Bryson was fortunate to get away with what he did. Seve would likely have responded by not giving him a putt the entire day.

Meh, woulda coulda shoulda. It's all conjecture. The USA won, I'm a happy camper.
