at least 8 rounds per month and 1-2 range sessions per week weather permitting.
I work full time swing (3-1:30 pm) so if I get the chores done and the dogs tired, I'm free. If it's not raining.

Leave for work at 7:30am, return at 6:30pm (it's dark at both those times). Consequently - Range 4 times per week, 36 holes per month max really.

a typical winter is 2 months off for me here in pa. based on that i have a season of roughly 44 weeks. I typically play 70 or so rounds plus or minus...1.75 rounds per week. unless my wife is in the room, then it is once a week on friday afternoon!!! I own several businesses but as of yet I haven't gotten them to run without me. In the next few years, with a little luck, i expect to have my round totals double per year.

Just depends. Usually once a week plus 9 for league. Not playing in my league next year. I also practice my chipping and putting a bit. Maybe 2 times a week. It really depends on lots of things.

No not retired. I'm Mr. Mom right now.

Just started playing golf this summer, and didn't play much to be honest. Hoping this summer to get at least 5-6 rounds in each week, as I have university holidays (4 months off!)

I've played more than I ever have this year and when I'm not real busy at work during planting and harvest I have been trying to play once per week and sometimes twice but not very often. I work full time in agriculture.

I work 2nd shift at a factory and I've been playing more often recently, about 4 9 hole rounds a week, have noticed that my more frequent play has caused me to become a better player(most of the time). I dont even go to the range anymore, do all my practicing on the course. Weather has held up nicely here in southern Illinois and hope to keep playing up to Thanksgiving, maybe even longer.

About 1 round a week, and 1 additional trip/week to the course to work on the short game.
Work full time in outside sales (sometimes I can sneak a round in during the week, shhhhh!)
Don't work in the industry, but I check the golf manufacturers' websites all the time looking for Territory Manager openings.

Year round golf in Sacramento, we are just coming into great golf weather.

I only get to play about 4 times a month on average. I farm full time and just dont have much time right now. I have been to the range maybe 4 times this year and the practice green about 4 times too. Looks like its not going to get any better as my wife is pregnant with our first child, which is an excellent reason to have less time to play!

I try to play at least 2 to 4 times a week until I'm broke. Luckily I'm not yet. Got me a 9 o'clock tee time in morning! Yeeeeah. Gonna play my new clubs and my friend got a new set also so we are Gonna go break them in, for skins, so while I break in my clubs, I'm breaking my buddy's bank account! WOO! So often. Does everyone else try to get a round in?

With my foursome we tee off every morning at 0800 Monday thru Friday.  I used to go out as a single on Saturday and Sunday but, it's too busy for me and potential 4 1/2 to 5 hours rounds are a "no go" for me. So, during the course of our season we probably play about 350 +/-  rounds of golf.

Yes, I'm retired.. and to quote Bachman Turner Overdrive's "Takin Care Of Business"  hit from 1973, "I love to work at nothing all day".. LOL.

Mine is sporadic due to work and travel.  I would go a few weeks without even lifting a club, then play 2-3 times a week for a few weeks.  It all depends on my work/travel schedule.

    • Circumstances led me to being off golf for almost a year.  Finally played a tournament two weeks ago, without touching the clubs and having to use my old set which had been passed down to dad.  Shot in the 90's with multiple bad holes.  Another tournament today and decided to play.  Much better round.  3 triples, 7 bogeys and 8 pars.  Two of those triples were courtesy of an OB and one was thanks to bad shots.  But overall much happier than 2 weeks ago.  Even managed to get runner-up in open stableford.  If those three triples had all been bogeys would even have been in contention for the open
    • I don't generally have a problem of it. It's not the highest pitch, or the softest. He also generally lifts the heel a little off the ground (more vertical from the down-the-line view) too, which removes a little bounce. It's a slightly different type of shot. Kind of in the middle between the low spinner or chip and the higher, softer pitch.
