I can't imagine srixon paying him more than callaway, I kind of perceived srixon as a b level company compared to callaway. They do make a great product, though.

Callaway is the most strict when it comes to the # of clubs to be carried by staff pros.  I could be mistaken but I believe it is 12 and the ball.  Where some of the others, Like Taylor Made, is 3.  Maybe he takes this deal to branch out and use some equipment he preferred, but coul not contractually use.

Taylormade may be a bit looser with their rules, but one pro I know is required to bag 10 TM clubs - he has gotten away with only having 9 since one of his clubs is made by a company that is no longer in business.

It depends on the type of contract they sign.

I'm sure the 3 clubs is mostly for the wood game which is their cup of tee.

So according to the report I read he will be wearing there hat and glove and playing there ball and have a choice of clubs and Cleveland wedges. Not too bad. I guess there will be a Srixon painters cap out real soon.

You lost one and add another to replace him.  It is true that Furyk is switching from Srixon to TaylorMade...but only the driver and ball.

I just got a box of Srixon Z Star balls with a free Srixon hat. I just wish I could get paid to play with them.
