Man...I would bring a Sudoku book if I ever went out playing with Bradley. All his fidgeting, lining up here and there, walking back and forth, spitting, waving around the club, etc takes forever.

I agree, this was probably droving Phil nuts. I wish he would play his full shots like his putts, step in & hit it. Great playoff though! Sergio is kicking himself for those two back nine birdies.

Wow, what a great hole 10 is.  Only guy on the green is 43 ft away because he had to play safe.  Bradley thinks he has the advantage then bam Haas drain that putt.  I though Mickelson was going to come close to holing it out to tie.  But he lost the tournament with those back to back 3 putts on 14 and 15.

I know that Ben Crane is considered one of--if not the--slowest player(s) on tour, but is Bradley considered in his class of slowness?  Because he definitely seems to be just as slow to me.

It did sort of seem anti-climactic to the crowd, but I was rooting for him all the way.  I thought he may have been out of it after that approach shot on the first playoff hole, but was elated to see him drop that 40+ footer for birdie on the second.

I don't know if he is actually slow, but he sure is twitchy.

It was a great finish and since I was rooting for Haas I liked the final outcome.

But then again, what the hell do I know?

That was an awesome tournament today!  Billy Haas with a huge putt on the 74th hole!  I really thought Bradley was going to make that last putt to extend the playoff... But man that was some fun golf to watch.  That 18th hole is a beast... And then the 10th - being such a short par 4... But that green is deadly.  It looked like it was only 15yds wide - if that.  Not sure what the actual width of it is - but it looks nasty!

I timed Keegan taking over 2 1/2 minutes before taking a shot to the green while playing the Sony Open. He's incredibly accurate but that fidgeting is a little too much.

I'll give Keegan a pass for now. Sergio was that way (maybe even worse) with his re-gripping 20+ times before each shot. Someone will get into Keegan's ear.

I don't know what was worse: Sergio's incessant waggling, or the treatment he took from US galleries because of it.

My wife and I were talking about Keegan yesterday.  We paused the coverage via TiVo just so we could speed up the coverage when he was preparing to hit.  It is ridiculous... as mentioned just like Sergio use to be.  He gets no pass from me.  Hurry the hell up.

At least with Sergio, every time he waggled you got a tiny feeling that this specific waggle might be the last one. No such chance with Bradley.

I just wonder where Keegan gets all that spit from.  I dunno about anyone else, but when I'm under a lot of pressure, my mouth tends to get dry.

If you notice, he often takes a water bottle out of his bag after tee shots and approach shots.  They only showed it a few times, but I assume it happens often.  Anyway, he's a very good player and young, so I don't want to be too hard on him.  I'm just not sure what annoys me more--the spitting or the fidgeting?  I did find it funny that every other time he would start his fidget routine, one announcer would continually say, "he's into it ladies and gentlemen!  He's into it!"

Oh yeah, and I finally saw the full replay of the final playoff hole today (my recording cut off on the 1st playoff hole and I had to go online to see the highlights).  It was definitely anti-climactic for two reasons:

1) Haas didn't react too demonstrably after the winning putt; and

2) He won the tournament before his competitors even reached the green!  That has to be rare.

There has been some crazy finishes recently on tour making of some great t.v.  I swear Keegan has OCD though.  That is one hell of a pre shot routine lol.

New York galleries. The rest of us aren't as boorish as them. If one of those yum-yums screamed 'Hit da bawwwwl' while I was over the shot I'd flip them the bird too...like Sergio did.

Re the 10th hole at Riviera - I don't understand the play of trying to drive the green. Okay - you put it in the front bunker & have a routine up n down for birdie. But given where that pin was with zero margin for error, you'd think an iron off the tee followed by a spinning wedge would be the play. And given that Phil hit his mega-flop into the bunker, Bradley to the fringe 20 feet away & Haas having to hit 40 feet away from the hole would show the folly of that strategy. Yeah, Haas made the putt, but cmon. He sure wasn't playing for birdie.

Normally I would disagree with you, but that pin was set up so that you could have laid up short and had a perfect angle from the fairway, yet if you were left, right, or over the green it would have been nearly impossible to get it close.
