I admire Arnold Palmer as much as anyone, but it annoys me that they (the announcers, etc.) constantly refer to him as the king.  The king this, the king that - I wonder how that rubs the craw of Jack, Gary et al.

He probably feels a bit weird, but I doubt Jack and Player think anything about it...
