We're not playing golf until 1pm.

Also, lunch will be at 12pm and will be indoors at a large table. We'll all eat together, then golf to follow.

had a great time, sorry guys I couldn't stay longer, I had to bye somewhere at 6, so I had to book it to be fashionably late. played ok, about an 87 with 4-5 provisionals. driver sucked.

Hey, I avoided a house!  I hit it over the house.

Yeah, despite my lousy performance, I had a good time.  My highlights:  I did Mike's bunker technique ( http://thesandtrap.com/t/54554/how-to-hit-sand-bunker-shots ) and hit it onto the green to within 5 feet!  And I got my first ever birdie on a par 5.

The main problems were (in no particular order):

1) I was already sore from putting up drywall.

2)  I got a very helpful mini-lesson from Erik & Mike, and then promptly went out & tried to implement what I learned on the course.  BIG mistake - and I knew better, just couldn't stop myself from thinking about it.

3)  The cart girl never showed up!  I strated doing better on the back nine.

Had a ton of fun and loved meeting everyone. Thanks to those in my group (saevel & dad, uncle robot) for putting up with my "rough patch" in the middle of the round. I have some work to do... Special thanks to Erik, Mike, & Kick X for everything they did to make it happen. Looking forward to playing with everyone again. Driveway! You managed to get a picture of one of my few decent shots! I would have taken some pictures but my phone was completely dead by lunchtime. Anyway, fun time even though I played very awful golf, and great meeting you guys. Hopefully everyone had as good of a time as I did. Learned a ton, played a great course, got to hit some cool clubs. Lost $2,000 so I'm going to have to drop out of college but was able to win back two Orange Crush sodas, so that's nice. If this happens again next year, I'm in. Hopefully we can get a few more east coasters to make the drive out.

If I recall correctly...the drive you photographed found the middle of the fairway, and the hybrid shot pictured went about 205 leaving me in perfect shape for my approach... In other words, Mike...you need to follow me around the course with a camera because those were pretty much my only two good shots of the day lol I think I hit 3 from the tee like 8 times...

That was a FULL GROWN golf course you guys played.....more than I usually step up to.
