today was the day I finally got a hole in one after 30 years of trying .Happy days.Playing a local course Moore Park. IT came on 16th hole 155 yards ,a nice 7 iron one bounce  and goodbye ball.ITS time for the Guinness again.

The Internet Adjustment Formula:
IAD = ( [ADD] * .96 + [EPS] * [1/.12] ) / (1.15)
 
IAD = Internet Adjusted Distance (in yards)
ADD = Actual Driver Distance (in yards)
EPS = E-Penis Size (in inches)

Just to be clarify, this hole-in-one was on your first tee shot of this particular hole, right?

I only ask because I was hoping that this was logman's thread, reincarnated.

LOL. I remember that one.  I was one of the guys who gave him congratulations before we knew it was actually a hole in 5 because he put 2 OB first or something like that.

Nicely Done.  I've witnessed one, but never had the pleasure of holing one myself.  The shot didn't bounce or roll at all, dunked it straight into the cup.

      Day 4, 1/2/26.  Played 18 today;  didn't get a chance to warm up (had I known the range was closed, I'd have hit balls at home first).  Played okay, 92 with three balls in the water.  It was raining for more than half the round and I didn't quite appreciate before today just how much I benefit from roll on both drives and approach shots.  I did not adapt well to this change until about hole 15, which is something I have to figure out.

      Day 459 - 2026-01-02 Had two guys on GEARS Hybrid, so I hopped on afterward (I'm going to do this a lot more often now). So… I've signed myself up for another month of backswing work in two ways: A little more extension of the trail elbow (got into the upper 90s) Less pelvis turn (low 50s).

      Day 31 (2 Jan 26) - Usual Friday men’s group shootout - good day of shot making  as most shots were right on line to the target point.  Putter and green reads were solid with some great par saves and a really tricky birdie.
