Yup, same here!

I signed up for "Lifetime" now, and will gladly upgrade to Elite in the near future.  (Perhaps in another billing cycle) :-P

That does bring up the question, are we able to move from Lifetime to Elite if desired down the road?

Yes, but we will probably require it by either the end of July or at least October 1 when we switch servers.

Happy to do it! I'm somewhat interested in the Hogan wedges, but I worry it might hurt my growth to switch wedges since I'm learning the flight thing now. But I'm sure there will be other opportunities to review golf equipment (I'm somewhat hoping for some fairway woods or hybrids at some point).

I don't know, honestly. We move the site on October 1, so no later than that. July 30th could be a cutoff date though, too.

Yes, we're still doing it, but look for it after October 1 on the new site, so that it transfers more smoothly.

We're going to try to get this sorted out (the Lifetime and Elite stuff) by the end of the week. But first we have to take care of the existing members.

      Day 575 - 2026-04-29 Well, shit. (Not golf related.) Did some "expert witness" stuff today, and talked with some developers about a UI/UX thing for two hours. At various times throughout the day I grabbed the putter in my office and did some downswing work.

      the rules have changed, but this would fall under 11.2 in the current rules.  General Penalty to any player who deliberately deflects a ball in motion, and you must replay the putt.

      Day 250 4-29 Getting chest through with speed on downswing and wrist arch. Also worked on some moving the pelvis slightly away in the backswing. Feel like im going too fast and long, looks like it on the recordings too.

      Interesting that it's no penalty, but then again, I can't imagine someone would purposefully put their foot out there in this situation or one like it.  And then there was the time someone purposefully deflected his own ball during a major, but that's very different too. The only time I can recall a ball I hit hitting another player or their equipment was ages ago -- over a decade and a half ago.  I had a 3' putt for an 89 and someone (a random pairing, not someone I knew) decided it was a good time for goaltending practice.  That wouldn't fall under this rule, though (and it wasn't in a tournament anyway). Thanks for continuing to share these, Dave!  I always find these interesting.

      Day 51 (29 Apr 26) - Worked with a few of the golf team kids plus my grandson (he’s too young for the team as it’s middle-high school age and he’ll be 10 Sat).  He put on a small hitting clinic (hitting off the same tees as the rest of the boys) - one of the older kids called him a “coach”.  Worked in a few shots for myself - had the light bag: driver, 7w, 4 - 6 - 8 - Pw - Sw (DCI 962’s except the Sw a 981) and Zebra putter….got in some great tee shots, a couple of recovery and an awesome up and down for bogie: 55 yds out, hitting 4th shot due to 2nd getting tangled in limbs - see the window I need to hit for a tight spinner with the Sw - nail it to a postage letter distance from the cup for a tap in bogie….my kind of practice.
