Driving

Pitching

Chipping

Putting

For me, I would have to say it's my pitching game, followed closely by my chipping game

i'd probably say hitting my irons.....  i'm not a long hitting with my irons, but i can hit them pretty good

It is what it is

Putting for me.   I play bogey golf but putts like single digit golfer.   Hitting 3 wood is my worst.

Ball striking distance is worse than that of average bogey golfer.

Chipping for me. If I am close enough to ship, I can usually get a one putt out of the situation. Actually I'm pretty  happy with my entire short game.

Chopping. I use to hate when i was withen 10 feet and right off the green cause i couldnt ever get the distance right or i would skull it. Ive been dropping them or leaving them with a foot lately.

Can this be turned into a poll? For me, short game. Zero practice, but I think I lose the fewest strokes to pros around the greens.

Putting. Probably need more categories. Weakest for me is approach shot with mid irons.

At this point nothing is all that strong, everything's just kind of blah. . .:-(

I'm Jekyll and Hyde with most areas of my game, but this season my most reliable has been my full wedges and irons on approach shots (90-160ish) I atribute a lot of this to REALLY knowing how far I hit the ball and making slight adjustments. Even when I over draw the ball or push it, it's usually pin high in the bunker, rough, woods etc

strongest parts are approach shots. When I play in league, that's what separates me from my opponents. I wear them out with pars because my putting sucks so bad.

Putting or Approach shots for me.  I recently changed my grip and how I align while putting.  I think putting will be my strongest part of my game by the end of the season.

Driving for me. Of people with similar handicaps, I almost always outdrive them. I might be slightly more wild, but that normally isn't that big of a difference unless I'm way off. I had a hard time choosing between that and my approach shots, because I feel like if I get a drive in play, I'll get a nGIR. But my GIR % on the year is about 35%, so that's not spectacular.

im completely the opposite lol. My driving is atrocious. The only time i hit the fairway is when i take a super easy swing and it only goes about 220(my 7 iron goes about 175).

Definitely putting for me, average around 28 putts. Pitching and Chipping would be close behind it.

I put other ... the drive range is my strength ... I am driving range king! Truthfully all aspects have gotten better this year, practicing daily ... evolvr ... and applying myself has helped tremendously. I am really happy where I am headed at the moment. And of all things the driver is coming around.

    • Day 446 - 2025-12-20 Woke up early and got some swings in before teaching putting all day. Looking forward to doing the same tomorrow.
    • It's miles better, though.
    • Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.
    • Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
