4K or higher resolution webcams on every hole to watch pace of play. Possibly at the tee box and along the fairway and green?

That could allow for automated scoring as well by a pro in the shop!

Make the white tees shorter, like about 5,600 yds on average, and have far less areas inbounds to lose balls, OB and water hazards are fine, but make ball searching easy finds.

Place a five gallon bucket of water on the first tee. I love have having half of my towel wet to clean my clubs on the course.

YES!

My home course actually does this.

Post "Fix Divot" signs everywhere, and remind golfers at #1 tee box to fix divots & ball marks.   Players make more of them than volunteers and a few golfers can fix.   Some section of fairways are looking like craters on the moon.

I mean, if there's no seed mix available and the nature of the turf is the grass flies apart into itty bitty pieces, there's not much golfers can do at a lot of places.

My course has seed mix available in cans.   Carts come with two of those cans filled with the mix.  The replacement cans are located in 3 different holes.   And yet, most golfer opt to ignore fixing their divot.    If you are good enough to make a perfect 2 inch by 10 inch divots, you have been around golf long enough to fix divots.

Well, the red tees at my course have a rating for men 67.1/117, 5604 yds, and they cleared the underbrush in the woods making balls easier to find. You guys would just have to man up and play the reds if you want to play a shorter course. They're essentially "senior" tees. There are no "ladies tees" at this course. Just Red, White, Blue, and Black.

I know how to replace a 2" X 10" beaver tail.

And no cameras. We're under enough surveillance already.

I played 5 different courses recently, including a gorgeous resort course, and none had seed mix on carts. And I walk for the most part, so I have nowhere to put it anyway.

Fixing pitch marks is another story. I think a lot of golfers don't know that they caused that mark. That said, fix them anyway, jeez.

Yeah, most other courses I play don't have the mixes either.  Also, when I walk, I can't carry those anyway even if they are available.  But my home course have these available everywhere.   Even so, it does not take much time to put the torn divot back in the spot and pat it down with your feet.

Heres a novel idea. I wish my course would use the starter and marshalls they have hired to pair up singles, recommend shorter tees, and enforce pace of play.
