As of 6/3, the MLB projections showed the Mets with about an 80% probability of making the playoffs.  As of today, their chances are down to 17%

Still month and a half left in the season. Anything can happen with the amazins. But you cant win when you cant keep guys on the field. F'ing half the team is on the DL.

IAD = ( [ADD] * .96 + [EPS] * [1/.12] ) / (1.15)
 
IAD = Internet Adjusted Distance (in yards)
ADD = Actual Driver Distance (in yards)
EPS = E-Penis Size (in inches)

Collins is on borrowed time, not sure he'll make the end of the season.  I don't care how much Cespedes likes to play golf, you don't play golf on game days, especially in this heat.

Collins isn't a good manager so it wouldn't be much of a loss.

No it wouldn't.  Collins was a good manager for the team when the owners couldn't spend money and he had to deal with rookies and misfits but now the team has some great players that need better on field management than Collins can provide.

Mets have been making a pretty nice run at that wild card. Have to think the Cubs and Nationals are the two best teams in the NL, though. Would like to see the Cubs in the WS.

I admit I'm surprised, the Mets actually seem to have a good chance of playing n at  least one post-season game.
