I do - but I did go to the meetup last year which was in western NY & PA so I've already proven I'm quite crazy enough to drive a fair amount of distance for a golf meetup, haha

I'm getting 1:30 to 1:50. This is a slightly reduced rate time.

@RFKFREAK, if you'd like, @boogielicious and @billchao are around for a few days. You could stay overnight and do a little instruction the next day if you wanted.

Small update to open up the last three spots. If you're one of the three "likely" people, please try to commit to "Definite" by the end of the day (midnight) this Sunday, May 23. If you're still "likely" after that, you can be supplanted by another "definite" if they want to join us.

The tee times are 1:30 to 1:50pm. Deer Ridge GC in Ohio.

Oh, hadn't thought about that.  I like that idea - especially with the course being 3 hours away from Erie.

      Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.

      That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.

      Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
