I don't drink Gatorade.    I'm the negative vote!   If I drink something on the golf course it's almost always an Arnold Palmer.    I don't drink it any other time, I just bring a can to golf course when I play.

Ah... I've never tried Glacier Cherry.

I'll give it a day court first chance I get.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

I have not tried it so I’m a dope. I will try it now so I can remove the dope moniker or remain a dope.

Hands down, the very hard to find:  RAIN BERRY

If it's not your favorite, it's because you haven't tried it

I like cherry glacier but I'm an old school orange or lime. And it's gotta be Zero. Not sure about you guys but it's getting harder and harder for find Zero in this area. I'm assuming it's a supply chain issue somewhere but I can't even get Zero at Sams club etc.

My bag:

Taylor Made R7 (x-stiff).
Taylor Made Burner 2 irons (stiff)
Cleveland Wedges (gap and 60)
Odyssey two ball putter (white)

Never tried the cherry flavour.  Currently like the Blue Bolt flavour which is available in India.  Am sure if I tried different flavours might change my mind on which is my favourite.

What's in the bag

  • Taylor Made r5 dual Draw 9.5* (stiff)
  • Cobra Baffler 4H (stiff)
  • Taylor Made RAC OS 6-9,P,S (regular)
  • Golden Bear LD5.0 60* (regular)
  • Aidia Z-009 Putter
  • Inesis Soft 500 golf ball

There's a flavor called Lemon-Lime+Strawberry that used to be (like 15 years ago) widely available but now I can only find online (and it's out of stock so who knows if it's ever actually available).

My favorite available one is Frost Glacier Freeze. The Zero Berry is also pretty good.

Anything but orange.

I haven't tried the Glacier Cherry as Gatorade is hard to find in the stores for the last 3 months. My better half walked in the door on Monday and yelled, "Score! They had Gatorade!"  I am partial to the G2 Glacier Freeze but will look for the GC next time I go to the store.

@iacas, now you've done it!   I purchased one to try and my wife quickly reprimanded me for buying anything diet.   I'll try it and give you an honest opinion.

I don’t really have a favorite so … I’m a dope. 😉

Recently I did run into a 7-11 to grab a few Gatorade’s for the kids and got the usuals, red, blue, green without looking too closely.

Turns out the green was lime cucumber flavor. It wasn’t awful, but it was unexpected lol.

OMG.   NO.... JUST NO.   The cherry is great, the diet sucks big time!

    • I am in the market for a Reeso Putter, preferably VTX.  Anyone has one they want to sell?  How does the Reeso compare to a L.A.B. putter? Thank you.
    • I'd just get the Stack Radar. I've never been totally comfortable with how it measures, those things. I think people put them in the wrong place. I think it's highly sensitive to where you swing… if you swing the tip end through the radar "beam" (it's not a beam, but you know what I mean I think), you get the true speed. But if you swing the spot 6" up the shaft through the beam, you get a much slower speed. For the wedge stuff alone I recommend the Stack Radar. Plus data entry is SOOO easy.
    • Does anyone else have the swing speed radar and had the experience of it going completely haywire? It’s been decent for me until the last 2 weeks. I’m now getting readings on back to back swings that are 20 mph off. I’m getting absolute garbage from it - I have to swing many times to get something close to right. The only thing that works (sometimes) is taking the batteries out. Here's the radar I'm talking about: Amazon.com : Swing Speed Radar - Achieve Longer Drives - Delivers Precise Golf Club Swing Speeds from 20 to 200 MPH. Master Consistency with Our US Made Doppler Radar Training Tool for Instant Speed Results : Golf Swing Trainers : Sports & Outdoors Thinking about just biting the bullet on a stack radar at this point.
    • Sorry, I missed your original post. Glad things are looking up with your wife's cancer. That's scary. Hope you can get back in to swing of things this year. I travel to Richmond quite a bit for son's soccer. I will reach out to see if we can get out together during one of the visits.
