The course did its job well. Eagles and doubles in play, single digit winning score. Scottie even made it interesting on Sunday. He made a few mistakes that nearly cost him the tournament and the putter got cold on Sunday with -1.33 SG. A lot of burned edges.

Tom Kim stands over the ball 25-ish seconds before starting the swing. Ludvig Åberg barely gets into his stance before he is done.

I don’t know what their total time per shot is, just find it fascinating.

Scheffler’s at it again.

I had to smile quietly to myself - "No golf on a dead planet."  Really?  You people don't know golfers very well.  Not only have I played golf on dirt, I've played golf with dice.  With computers.  Board games.  I've putted on wood floors and carpets.  And often, if I'm driving by a piece of land that looks like a golf course should be placed on it, I'm playing golf in my mind.😋

They don't care. They are zealots that only have one agenda. They gaslight themselves that any opposition is against their cause. There is no reason to waste energy thinking more past this.

I am on Rory's side. I don't care that some think Rory to be thin skinned. I completely disagree. Justified and a bit satisfying. Heckling from that close is crossing a line. I love it when douchebags get put in there a place.

BTW, I'm wondering if the phone was returned.

Not sure how I feel about that. Heckling is always been part of sports and a professional athlete should be able to ignore comments and continue on with their play.  Having said that, historically golf has a higher standard of etiquette. I agree with you that fans who are a problem shouldn’t be tolerated. I think should be removed from the premises in hopes to discourage behavior, but I’m not sure I can justify Rory taking the guys phone from him.

Fair enough but I think a firm message was warranted here. Having said that I hope the that the phone was returned later  I would think it was.

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
