Does Plantar fasciitis stop him from playing with Charlie in the PNC?   I think not!

He said he's playing (planning to) the next two.

Doesn't he get ride at the "Match" and the PNC? I guess the Hero you are required to ride?

I don't think you're "required to ride" anywhere given proper medical reasoning. Casey Martin and all…

Tiger has said he wouldn't ride in regular events, though. He will when everyone is, like at The Match.

Man, Charlie looks like he got five years older (more mature) in the past few months. The thickness in his neck and forearms and back. Swing is looking very Rory-like

Did he introduce Charlie wrong? As Charlie is up to hit, the announcer goes into... "World golf hall of fame member.... Tiger Woods".

I think they just played the same audio over the second clip. You can see nobody is clapping, etc. and Charlie is stepping up to hit the ball as the guy is still talking.

Watched for a few minutes today. Charlie was clearly in pain. I'm sure they cleared his playing with a doctor that he won't do any permanent damage. I found it bizarre and almost cute the way he was grimacing and hobbling around just like his father did at Torrey Pines.

What are the odds he becomes a pro golfer? I'm sure you can bet on that somewhere.

You can already bet on how many PGA Tour events he'll win, how old he'll be when he wins the Masters, etc.

Also, he's not even the best player at his school.

Too soon, Scott!

February 23rd is the two year anniversary of the accident. Hoping he can get around the course in minimal pain this year, but obviously, it's not looking too good there. You never know though, hopefully it trends up now. Probably not, but I'm keeping a candle lit.

    • Cycling to a golf course definitely adds an adventurous twist to the game. To make it feasible, consider paring down your gear and opting for lightweight equipment. Investing in a bike rack designed for golf clubs can also help ease the transportation process. Planning your route carefully and allowing for extra time can ensure a smooth ride to the course. When it comes to protecting your bike and gear, bicycle insurance is essential. Considering the investment in both your bike and golf equipment, it's wise to have coverage for unexpected events. You can explore bicycle insurance uk to find a policy that fits your needs.
    • Are these one putt percentages? Even if those three buckets between 12 and 30 feet are all 1 for 2, that's high. 3 for 6 from 12 to 30 feet is a serious outlier. The others could be: 15/16 6/11 7/12 5/13 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/9 67 putts total, which is probably 2 rounds? My rough shot at strokes gained for that lot would be: -0.6 + -2.8 + 0.0 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.8 + 0.9 + 0.0 = -0.7 (PGA Tour baseline). Over two rounds that's pretty good and extremely good for a 15 index baseline. I'd think a 15 index would be expected to be somewhere in the -6 over two rounds. And that's with 3-6ft killing you.
