I was out all day. Just got back home. Got a text from a friend that the Steelers had lost to a high school team today.

They did. And they not only lost, they lost HUGE.

Please, I'll take about 11 more such games. Then finally perhaps they can clean house a bit. And maybe then I'll care to record and watch the games again.

NY Football continues to thrive, last week the Jet's were shut out and this week the Giants were shut out.

At this point I'd like the Jet's to fire Rex (for his own good) and lose the rest of the games this season so they can finally draft a legit #1 QB, CB and WR.

I've never seen Steelers fans disappear on Facebook. Not a peep...nothing.

Here's one gloating early yesterday:

Nah, I'm thrilled with the pounding...but relatively quiet about it on social media. The team is looking up, but I'm not screaming "Super Bowl"...we haven't done anything yet. If we can win these next 3 games that we SHOULD win...then I may be a little louder about 6-2...especially because we'd then be going into the Cincy game on Thursday night...and they're notorious for blowing it in primetime, while the Browns are the exact opposite.

My fantasy team on the other hand...that's where the smack talk comes into play.

How 'bout them Seahawks btw? Looking relatively average yesterday...Cowboys on the other hand, gotta hand it to them. I'm actually happy for Romo...he gets crapped on an awful lot for a pretty good QB.

I'm a Romo fan too ... mainly for the same reason, I would love to see him do well because people are so eager to blame him for everything.

No smack talk here when it comes to Fantasy Football ... I'm horrible at that game.  Not sure why I even play.

I will say this though:  Kinda pissed off that I got eliminated from my eliminator league this week by picking a team who DID NOT LOSE?!?!?!?!?! :-P

I was glad to see the Eagles offense get back on track and it is obvious that the whole thing revolves around Shady McCoy and the offensive line. But I still don't trust Foles. When Shady has it going, everything opens up for the rest of the offense, but Foles tried to make it a football game with two picks and another one that was dropped. All three could have easily gone the other way for six points. Thankfully, the Giants and Eli suck.

Yeah, but do the Thursday games even really count as primetime??  Does anybody except the home teams fans even watch those games??  I know the Chargers have a Thursday game in a few weeks, and I'll make a point to be watching that one, but otherwise I don't think anybody's really watching.

I watch every Thursday game. I don't usually get through them since all of them have been blowouts but I would watch NFL football no matter when it's on.
