My brain hurts from this nonsense.. What the hell is wrong with these people, and what the hell does 133* watch rotational axis have anything to do with gold I will never know.. Golfers probably spend more and stupid training aids than they ever would paying for a lesson with a good coach. For full disclosure I only watched the first half of the video, I couldn't bring my self to continue.

Yeah, the 133 degree wrist angle retainer, and the Ben Hogan knee angle retainer. Interesting concepts. Very convincing argument that the 23.5 degree earth tilt axis relative to the sun is directly related to the 133 degrees you need to retain in knee and wrist flex. You missed out on the detailed explanations, and that the quick guide can tell you in two easy pages more than reading an entire book.
