Backswing mapping drill for about 10min.

Did some mirror work this morning before our match.

15 mins outside, no ball. Full swing for 10 mins, chipping for 5. Worked on getting more bend in the right wrist at A4, so that the clubface and left arm are parallel.

Led off with Gold Flex warm-up. Then I worked on greenside lob wedge and 8-iron chips, plus lag putts. Got in about 15 minutes, and then it started raining.

Putting on the board.  Worked on keeping my the back of my left hand at the target, putterhead square.  Swings in the house.  Half swings, slow tempo.  Hip bump and rotation.

5 minutes in the yard today with a club in hand. Still trying to lock down the right elbow piece.

5 minutes or more putting in the hallway, plus more work on my priority piece in the living room. Some of this may or may not have occurred at 5:30am… :P

Worked on a flatter feeling with the club during the downswing in the back garden. Need to hit balls at the range tomorrow to see if there is any improvement.

Five minutes today without a club upstairs in front of a full length mirror focusing on my knees not being spread apart. Playing golf this afternoon.

Hoping to get more than 2" of club head behind the hands at A3. Did 5 mirror drills, so I know it's possible. . .going to do outdoor drills and video it next.

Went to the range before playing 9 holes today. Worked on a few drills and trying to get some sort of good contact.

I missed a couple of days due to traveling and the business that goes with it, but I was already out for the badge anyways. I have practiced or played daily working on the exact same things. I am going to switch today though and start thinking about secondary axis tilt.

Traveling this week so the drill will be without a club.  I did about 10 minutes of my drill work with a 2 lbs weight slowly.  I focused on flattening my wrists from A4 to 5 and then syncing the right elbow straightening with my hip turn. I'll be doing this one all week.

worked on not taking my club back so closed face (pointing to the ground) ... its part of my evolvr feedback, and I tend to hit left when I do bring it back closed ... but coming back more open seems so "unnatural" to me ... did a LOT of half swings trying to teach myself the feel.

Played in the second of our two day men's club tournament. Will post in the TST tourney thread later...

Was cooped up in the house sick for most of the day but I went out to the range anyway because I was starting to get stir crazy. Worked on getting the club to rotate a little more open on the backswing and getting the hands a bit higher. Had some nice very high push draws going with a few more thin shots than I might have liked mixed in but overall a good session.

5 minutes in the yard again. Mostly slow back swings rehearsing where I need to be with the right elbow.

Played 18 holes today. It was mostly a hot mess, but I did have the best shot of my life. 158 yards to center of green over a pond that usually eats my ball... rolled the ball 20 ft past the hole. Made the whole round worth it.
