Back in my Army days a "gooch" was a particular part of the anatomy. Example, say Okeechobee is the b-hole of Florida, then Belle Glade would be the gooch. Seems he wears his name well.

I can just see Norman rushing in to LIV admin building with his silly shark hat gleaming to the Saudis, ‘ Gentleman! Have I got a great idea! Let’s have our OWN golf courses…like American football and NBA Does! It’ll really grow the game!’

He rushes out as the Saudis give him their encouragement. As the door closes and before the smell of Greg’s Brut cologne has even dissipated, they all laugh hysterically.

After Jon Rahm declared he still supported the PGA Tour despite being suspended for joining LIV Golf, a Golf Channel analyst was irate.

Rahm's comments are stupid. Lost some respect for him today.

Watched the interview live and felt similarly before the commentators began commentating.

It's sad, because I like his interviews. I thought he is thoughtful and well spoken. I feel like he might be trying to validate his decision by coming up with some strange logic.

He's one of those guys that ends every other sentence with "right?" too. He'll say stuff in pressers like "well you get offered that much money, you gotta take it, right?" and I'm at home staring at my screen going "no! Not right! Stop trying to trick us into agreeing!"

And then I yell to my mom downstairs for more meatloaf... but seriously though, I can't stand people who end every other sentence with "right?" And Rahm is a terrible offender of this.

I'm glad lot of people stepping up to call him out. I'm not sure about wringing someone's neck but I get AO's sentiment.

When someone is trying to validate their choice, statements concluding with "right" are often the MO.  Too bad he thinks he has to keep defending his decision, just do like guys like DJ and HVIII - take the money, play the tourneys and keep quiet.

What makes it worse is how vocal Rahm was about LIV not being for him in the beginning. He talked about legacy, how special the PGAT is, how money doesn’t interest him and three round shotgun start is not a tournament, bla bla bla. Now that he’s gone to the dark side, just tell the truth, you did it for the money.

He wasn’t honest then and doesn’t come across as honest today. Just shut up, play with your buddies in the Legion XIII team and collect your paycheck. 👎
