Speaking of 17: prediction for today is way fewer balls in the water but a few more 3 putt bogeys.  They're all gonna end up on the front tier because they're afraid of bouncing over.

Announcer said 8 balls in the water today but they showed a graphic that made it look like 11-12.  Still considerably fewer than yesterday’s 35.  Not many 3 putt bogies though. 2-3 total I think based off the same graphic.

In this day and age of player/ caddie teams and player/caddie/swing coach/mental coach etc teams ... it’s pretty admirable to see what Lee Westwood is out there doing at his age all by himself.

Only thing that would make it a little cooler is if he let the fiancé watch from behind the ropes and carried his own clubs lol.

Hard not to root for this guy!

I really enjoy listening to David Duval’s commentary. He’s insightful, has the experience and tells it like it is but not trying to be over top with constant crazy comments like chamblee.

I agree. He’s been doing it a long time and he seems to be at peace with his game and his life. Wouldn’t mind seeing him win. He plays like the old school way.

Agree about Duval, and I also really like Justin Leonard a lot. I think they’re great analysts.

I don’t mind Chamblee tho, even if he is a bit of a blowhard sometimes.

After hearing Rory speak post-round yesterday about how in his effort to work out and follow what Bryson’s doing and bulk up, he probably took it a too far, watching the Golfpass commercials where’s he’s working out and practicing hard are kind of giving me a chuckle.

Should make people appreciate more how difficult it was what DeChambeau achieved. But probably won't.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

I can't stand Jimmy Roberts

Anyways....is it just me or does Westwood seem to miss short more than most? Feels like he's always coming up a club or two short

I won’t agree or disagree until @saevel25 posts the stats to confirm this. 😃

The  players moaned and  complained so they turned it  into a  pitch and  putt. Hopefully  they will at  least  make a few holes  challenging tomorrow.

Same dumb schtick since joining.
