These guys are going to be on a Ryder Cup team in a few months. They need to stop acting like children.

So Bryson ribs BK by saying he’s living rent free in BK’s head….then he whines like a baby and has spectators removed for yelling ‘Brooksy’? What a douche.

Why? It's good for the sport as a whole.

Karma turned out to be brutal, in this case.  Just, but brutal.

They are probably both milking the situation beyond what it actually is, just to draw attention to themselves and golf.

Absolutely they are because of the PGA Tour's "Player Impact Program" with its $40M bonus pool.

Maybe they have a kids table near the kitchen for team meals that they can sit at.

I sort of like it too, although I don't care much for BD. I'm glad he tanked at the USO.

I like it too. I actually like both guys in different ways, I think they are both good for the game.

I will say I was wrong earlier in the thread. I thought it was an intentional act of rudeness, but now I see it’s entirely a tv sitcom now. BD and BK are clearly now egging the fans on.

I don’t mind the somewhat artificial feud. But I would enjoy it more if they weren’t both douche bags. I’d prefer a feud with Gary Woodland and Poulter for example.

Nope, the psuedo feud is the topic. Everyone will see the nothingness of it when they are paired together. Just the same, BD acts very childish. Imagine the interest generated for the PGA because of it.

That seems like a measure of how boring golf is when Tiger is not around.

Good point, there was nothing like it when Tiger was in his prime. I don't think this feud  matches the interest of Tiger, nts.

    • What is “silliness”? I thought it was a mediocre name at first, but once I read the “history” behind it I thought it was really good. I have a feeling that any new name would sound a little dumb at first, until you get used to it…and I think this one will grow on people.    Teams have changed their names all the time throughout their history (including the Guardians). Not a big deal.
    • Yep, totally silly to rename a team that demeans a population of people. And no, it doesn’t “honor” or “promote” them. Studies show this. It’s fact. It’s not universal but that’s the overall slant. And it’s not that close. I’m sure you can find an article, but for the ones you could find I can find more and more scientifically oriented ones that say what I just said. It’s a negative name that promotes “bad” things, overall.
