Voted No as well. I started out putting the conventional way and don't really want to change that.

Conventional.... never liked anchoring and never saw any need to change.

Anchored - decided to try it because it was the best valued tee prize at my member/guest this year

I tried a belly putter a few times on the putting green and was never comfortable.

I tried all those other styles (cross handed, the split grips with the right hand really low, holding the grip to my right forearm with my left hand - pretty much everything that was on the "approved" diagram)

they all feel very awkward

like anything, it takes time to learn I suspect

I use a conventional putter.   I did try the broomstick and had some success with it on long distance putts but struggled inside 6' with it.   I never could get a feel for pace with it from that range.   So I switched back to a standard putter.

Currently at 89% NO and 10% YES. :P

I wouldnt exactly call this forum representative of the general golfing public. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Nope.  In my experience with the general golfing public, that 10% is extremely high.  I don't even see one player out of 100 using a long putter.

Agree. In the last 3 years, playing 100+ rounds a year, I bet I haven't seen 5 people using an anchored putter....
