Ah, that's cynical. These people are friends, but why not have these things in the dead of winter, when nothing else is happening.

haha dam that does suck i mean its an all day event? Maybe you can grab a quick round in the morning.... Wait what am i thinking quick round on a saturday morning? Unheard of haha

Depending on how the night goes, I may wake early and run out to the par-3. If I get there by 8 o'clock, I should be able to make it back in time.

(unsubscribing, the way my summer has gone relative to golf I am actually looking forward to winter so I'll have a better excuse for not being able to play a round of golf. Life - sometimes it gets in the way of living.)

Went to the local driving range/course near work today at lunch and the guy said the driving range is closing for the winter this Sunday.

(resubscribing to the thread now, bummed, but at least the heated semi-covered range a few miles up the freeway will still be open)

We had a brilliant weekend down here, but are going to pay for it now. Supposed to be seeing lows in the 20's this coming Saturday.

Went to the club to try and get a quick nine holes in yesterday and had to stop after seven due to darkness. :-(

Love your set up. Good choices.

Thanks. The Net Return Simulator Series enclosure is perfect with the GC2 - both are very portable. The 'turf' I used below the mat is actually 1 meter squares of astroturf that lock together designed for portable indoor soccer pitches, so the whole setup can be broken down and stacked in the corner in no time if I want to reclaim my garage to work on my car. All works really well :)
