I'm going to have to go with Rice Chex.

So simple. Always good.

Some good cereals listed so far. I'm going to throw an oddball out there. Special K with Red Berries. Those occasional bowls you get that are loaded with strawberries? Awesome. And you're guaranteed to lose 3 dress sizes in 3 weeks, so that's fun. :-D

Special K with fruit and yogurt is my favorite current cereal ... But def FF for all time. It's just too much sugar to keep in the house with toddlers. They'd eat nothing else! :)

As a child in the late 50's-60's, there were so many that were bad for you... cocoa puffs, frosted flakes, cap'n crunch, and then came Life ... Mikey liked it, and so did I...

But the best traditional cereal is Cheerios.

And the best warm cereal is oat meal with lots of fresh fruit.

hahahahaha.

Teenage me it was either Lucky Charms or Cocoa Pebbles.

Right now I'm lovin' Honey Nut Cheerios...But I actually don't eat a whole lot of cereal anymore.

Hmmm… lots of good ones.

Two favorites are probably Cap'n Crunch and Golden Grahams

I love cream of wheat for hot cereal and Capt mf'n Crunch with crunch berries for cold. I don't eat the second anymore and I sparingly eat the cream of wheat because of the GMO factor. Anyone got a line on organic cream of wheat give me a shout.

What, no Fruit Loops? :hmm:

Like many of you, I love some nice Frosted Flakes, or Corn Flakes covered in sugar!

There used to be a killer cereal called Team Flakes. Haven't seen them now forever.

Haven't had Fruit Loops in a long time, but now I think I'll probably pick some up next time I go to the store.

    • Day 24: 5/15/25 Chipping on indoor carpet and some weight shift work.
    • Day 44 - Hit some wedges with the intention of working on my 100-yard shot, but instead worked the face a bit. Intentionally trying to hit the toe, heel, and center of the face. I definitely have a heel bias, but focusing on turning my body helped to get things in the center.
    • I think for this, I need to work on my weight transfer. I can feel my self looking up early and falling back slightly. So, I am hitting them a bit fat right now. I need to stay on my left side better or get to my left side better. Kind of like old pattern stuff.  Yep, I was a bit worried about the driver since we didn't get to it. First drive was a push draw because I moved the ball back a bit because there is no range to warm up and I wanted to make sure contact was good. I hit it great, just pushed it slightly. I was like, OK, this will work. I moved the ball back to the normal position and the next 4 out of 5 holes I used a driver was just the ball at most 10 yards off my target line. 😃
    • Sounds good for the full swing stuff!
    • Didn’t score the best, but probably the best I’ve done implementing the swing feels on the course.  Preshot routine - make one practice swing hands down only hitting  the ground like 3 ft behind the ball. Make a 2nd practice swing where I add a bit of turn back in.  Set up and make a swing with those feels. Driver - A stripe show. Just laser beams at my target. Like under 10 yards of curve. Irons - pretty solid. Contact was flush. Just slight pull draws. Just need a bit of face control. It’s close. I had an 8 iron that left the club, didn’t leave the flagstick. The ball probably moved 1 yard in the air. I came up like 4 yards short.  Distance wedges - Needs work.  Short Game - needs work from different lies. Putting - Made almost everything inside of 10 ft.  Going forwards, still going to work on the swing. Backswing length and arms down stuff. I need to work on my distance wedges a lot.
