My kids love carbonara. It used to be a weekly meal at my house. Haven't made it in a while, though.

That's a kind of go-to for us, when we don't feel like shopping.  We always have everything we need, and it takes very little real effort.

This is my lunch for the next week or so, in different varieties but will be a boring week. Looks kind of strange but is quick and easy I toss it over lettuce and go. The black bean version looks like cat food.

I posted mine to verify your dish's authenticity. Yours looks more authentic.

That's also Vietnamese Iced coffee, w/the condensed milk?

Anyone been using a Can Cooker? I am getting ready to set up an outdoor kitchen. It will be basic like a camp kitchen not something out of Better Homes, 2 burner propane stove, going back to Weber kettle after years of propane grilling and I already have a Masterbuilt smoker. I bought a griddle and grill box for the stove thinking the Can Cooker might be a cool addition.

Lobster mac and cheese followed by Maine Blueberry pie at Side Street Cafe in Bar Harbor Maine. Yummy! Voted one of the top 10 places for mac and cheese.

Lol. From Wikipedia:

Quote

"Momofuku" could be translated from Japanese as "lucky peach", though Chef David Chang has written that the name is "an indirect nod" to Momofuku Ando,[8] the Taiwanese-Japanese inventor of instant ramen. Chang also suggested it is not an accident he chose a word that sounds like the English curse word "mother****er".[9]
