Log in to speedtest.net or any other reliable speed testing site, and post your results here.

I have cable Internet through Time-Warner. From where it comes into the house down in my basement, I have a few AirPort base stations and a Time Capsule on the network, to the second floor of my house where my computer sits.

Here's what I got a few minutes ago:

I'm pretty happy with that. I can download reasonably large files fairly quickly, and uploads work pretty well too. I have three or four computers backing up via CrashPlan too, so upload speed is somewhat important too.

The test station was across Lake Erie in Ontario.

Last place thus far but my wireless router is pretty lame. I will plug in my network cable and give it another shot.

EDIT: tried the network cable and still the same result. Didn't realize I lived in a third world country.

I voted acceptable. I live out in the desert with the nearest provider some 30+ miles a way via phone land line

Ping--29 ms, DL--6.30 Mbps, and UL--0.76 Mbps

Yeah it's slow, but adequate. I tried DISH satellite service for a while, but it was not worth the price. It was not consistent enough. I pay $30 a month for this service which also includes my regular phone bill.  It runs my ROKU, and Magic Jack set ups easily.

those numbers are out of this world.. didn't think something like this existed at home or at work..  What do you do, work for the NSA or DHS? :bugout:

Well, I do work for the government. We are also a member of the Internet2 consortium, so we have 10 gigabit connections to other members (research universities, government research labs and industry sites).

Just... wow...

Go around the world, in Europe and Asia, Africa, comparatively, our residential broadband speeds are pretty bad. Most of the world pay less and get faster speeds than we do.Thanks AT&T;, Verizon, etc...

The Internet Adjustment Formula:
IAD = ( [ADD] * .96 + [EPS] * [1/.12] ) / (1.15)
 
IAD = Internet Adjusted Distance (in yards)
ADD = Actual Driver Distance (in yards)
EPS = E-Penis Size (in inches)

Maybe something weird happened. I redid the test and checked with pingtest, all gave me 10ms.

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
