The Tiger chant was awesome. And what a great thing for his kids to get to experience. All timer there.

Woods’ practice room where he was video conferencing from looks like a combo psych ward/bomb shelter.

It was almost as good the second time as live.  I wish there were a reliable way to watch old golf rounds live.  I'm glad the Masters has a ton of their video available.  There are other rounds I'd love to watch in either real time, or at least real-time minus commercials (if it's a DVD sale or something).  2008 U.S. Open playoff comes to mind.

Sorry...my paste function is giving me trouble. YouTube has the final round.

Someone says it in the comments, but go to 2:05:45 in that video. Johnny Miller nearly called Tiger's eventual putt to force the playoff.

(Obviously, it wasn't to "win" the championship, and Thompson's putt was a little deeper in the green and a little straighter, but still pretty good!)

Johnny was a lot better than that for which many gave him credit.

Honestly, I didn't appreciate him enough.

I was rewatching videos of the 2006 U.S. Open recently, and he was consistently on point.

Ok...ok...Nantz talking with Tiger waaaaay too much. Shut up.

I didn't even realize was Nantz until I heard his voice.  He looked like crap.  Those network makeup artists sure earn their money.  It is hard to believe that the guy in the video box and the guy in Butler Cabin were the same guy.

But then again, what the hell do I know?

I’d mostly blame the bad lighting and what seemed like a particularly mediocre webcam.

Exactly! I had no problem with the conversations.

A dangling preposition? Oh no! Not from you!

Maybe you are thinking of him 30 years ago when he really was young! Or at least younger! He's 60 years old now, so beginning to show his age considering how much traveling he's done.

No, I was thinking of him the way he looked in Butler Cabin a year ago.

Everyone looks worse on their home computer camera, with weird backgrounds and strange angles... and totally questionable lighting.
