Pittsburgh needs to get their carp together... Gotta get back to Dartmouth Steel Curtain defense... looked good in the first half... second half was just out of The Rocky Horror Picture Show Buffalo looked good against Chicago... I live west of Interstate 81 so the local Networks have to show all Bills game in it's entirety... east of 81 Jets and Giants... Giants looked like a high school team, pissed me off that Arizona didn't really have Palmer throw to Fitzgerald (fantasy football side coming out of me)... Seattle looked good in the two victory formations I saw... (I had only 10 FP though... Texans defense is sick though... that was the difference between my boss and I in fantasy... Derek Carr looked good in spots against the Jets...

You guys have some problems. Even on offense. Eventually the refs are gonna start calling offensive pass interference on Brown...he pushed off every single time.

After the new NFL drug policy is announced today it is expected that Josh Gordon's suspension will be reduced to 8 games. This is according to Adam Schefter via twitter not long ago.

Saw that. Woohoo!

I picked him up in my one league last week...which means if he gets reinstated, I'll be rolling the 2nd half of the season with Megatron and Gordon as my starting WRs. :)

Being a Niner fan, that game was depressing. To turn the ball over 4 times and still be in the game is tough. Definitely shot themselves in the foot. And worst game of Kaeps career so far. Forced throws and didn't look comfortable. Offense needs to get back to the smash mouth run it down their throat. Idc if they stack the box.

He's definitely a guy I want behind center leading the team. Everyone has bad games. It's the 2nd game of the year, no need to panic. Just hate lose games like that. And speaking of tears, it hurt seeing Charles Tillman cry. I hate when people say theres no room for crying in sports. The man is dedicating everything he has to become a better player for his team, and to lose your season over an injury is devastating. He's one of the good guys of the league so it sucks to see that happen for him

      Rule 1.2b refers you to a section in the Committee Procedures (Section 5I) that helps explain what a Code of Conduct may (and may not) do.  Defining acceptable behavior (including smoking) and applying Stroke of DQ penalties are certainly within the Committee's authority. That Code of Conduct certainly should be available, either in written form or in a webpage accessible to all.  It may not show up on the "standard local rules" for an organization, the "hard card", as it sounds like its a policy of this particular golf course. Assuming that's the case it should show up on the Notice to Players for this particular event.  If you can't find it, ask someone, send an email, try to find out.   In summary, yes the Committee can DQ (or withdraw) a Player for smoking, even before or between rounds.  But its up to you to go from there, communication is the key here.

      Hmm... I not sure I completely understand. If the course has a no smoking policy, then he shouldn't smoke at the course.  I'm assuming since you are aware of the policy, it must be written down somewhere.  As far as getting disqualified from the tournament, I would think that would be up to the committee. But it feels like it is within their power to disqualify, so why take the chance?
