Yeah, he's not winning. And I called that (in texts) before he started playing today, so… oh well. Bummer.

Of the remaining nobodies and nearly-nobodies, I don't know if I care who wins.


I did not have you labeled, as someone who would call a player making a living on the PGA tour a nobody. I guess I'm wrong again. Plenty of decent names in there.

Learning so much on this site. Tiger just had 153 uphill to the green and he had a 9 iron in his hands. I thought "he's going to flight it" and he did.

And TW finds himself outside the top 10.. Did the pressure get to him? Did he start thinking what if? There is still time though on the back 9 if he remembers what he was doing the first 3 rounds..

It's all relative. Jim Herman? Nobody… compared to the top guys on the PGA Tour, almost none of whom are at this event.

And yet Jim Herman is one of the best 200 or 300 or so golfers in the world.

Better not to "label" people, or at least to consider the context…

Just curious, are you one of the best 200 or 300 golf instructors in the world? Or would you be considered a nobody in the golf instructors world?

Tiger seriously needs to stop taking the club back so steeply. That pitch looked like he got way too steep then ended up trying to save it and he flipped at the ball. You could see he didn't pivot well on that pitch.
