My lower back is by far the most sore part of body after I've shot a good round of golf.  Not sure why though.  I mean,  I know what I use it for, but not sure why it's the most sore part of my body, vs other areas.

I dont get sore after a round of golf. Now if I play 4 days in a row, varous muscles will be sore due to over use.  Most of the soreness is in my shoulders. Its a good kind of soreness because after a good  night's rest, its all gone.

Now earlier this week I wheel barrowed 5 yards of pee gravel about 40 yards and spread it for a yard project. Took a few hours to do that. The next day I was sore all over.

I don't really get sore after golf but sometimes my ankles/calfs can be a little tight after the round.

I don't get sore playing a round, but after 4-5 large buckets with my training clubs then my lower back is also sore as with many other muscle groups. Not a bad sore, as it usually goes away after a day or two as well. It's usually the next morning that the  soreness kicks in. . .

I have a bad right knee, torn ligaments many many years ago now a constant ache. I take 2 aleve before a round and I wear a brace but a combination of walking and the motion of the swing and I am in need of a soak after 18. Some day I suppose I will be reduced to using a golf cart but other than places like Myrtle Beach where you cannot go without a cart at the times I wish to play, I walk and use a 3 wheel push cart

My knees will be sore the next morning unless I ice them. Also, my left ankle will be sore. I had an old injury there and I am just used to it being sore.

Good or bad round has nothing to do with being sore. If I am sore it's because I've aggravated a nagging injury or suffered a new one. But usually I notice it long before the round is over, unless it happened on the 18th hole. I'll sit it out and ride in the cart while my friends finish or get off the course before I'll risk making it worse. Without injury just playing golf doesn't make me sore.

I with Patch.  At the beginning of the season I got sore all over because I was out of shape and I walk the course.  Now however, after playing, and walking all summer, and after 3 or 4 days in a row I get sore around shoulders upper back and chest.  A day or two of rest and it goes away.

Must be the "old man's" clubs I bought this year.

Usually my right hand. Often the pinkie since I overlap and a few bad chunked shots will lead to a nice swollen knuckle. Seems to be happening less as my swing improves.

Used to be my left side... Now it's overall fatigue, combined with issues in my lower back, along with specific issues with the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, and NOW, I'm getting a twinge of arthritis issues in the top knuckle of my middle finger of my left hand. Really noticed it after 3 rounds in 5 days while in Florida a couple of weeks ago- Painful and tender, with some swelling. great... just great...

My feet. I am at an age where my arches have flattened a bit, and my feet have "grown." For the last few years, I have had a hard time finding comfortable shoes. At 61 I feel blessed to no back or leg issues.

    • They sure do. 158 with an 8 iron is on the high end for me
    • Went back to controlling my knees. That part was getting a bit sloppy when I worked on my backswing. Right hip didn't slide or gain internal rotation. I would just rotate back and around and the left knee would be in a bad spot. Really focusing now on keeping my left knee very stable and straighter in the backswing. I can't go back to the old pattern of overturning the hips. I was returning to my old pattern to time my downswing. Turn forever.  Left knee controls both knees and hips, acting as an anchor. Feel like it straightens a bit.   Hinge sooner and faster. Not in a way that sends the hands out and flips the club over. I still noticed when the hands get to A2.5, the hands would want to flip over and flatten the club out a ton.  Still trying to figure out how to roll the forearms a bit open and not just roll the club inside a ton.  Figure out the timing to get the hands down. Still getting a bit of right elbow collapsing in the downswing because the arms are too high when I turn. Everything is happening sooner now. If the hips are controlled, the backswing is shortened. Because it is shortened I don't know when to get the hands down and I just turn because the downswing is a go.  Very slow (50%) swings are decent.
    • Distances look fine, no?
    • Day 207-12 Wider backswing and arm reconnecting in downswing. Did a much better job with proper wrist movements through downswing today.
