Mine is occasional bad swing that leads to OB.  It's caused by a quick, incomplete back swing that is followed by a bad follow through the impact.  What is yours at the moment?

My biggest golf problem is that I have gout, and can't  any shoes on. I suppose I could hire a buggy, and play in bare feet but I think I will wait until it's better.

In my bag (Motocaddy Light)

Taylormade Burner driver, Taylormade 4 wood, 3 x Ping Karsten Hybrids, 6-SW Ping Karsten irons with reg flex graphite shafts. Odyssey putter, 20 Bridgestone e6 balls, 2 water balls for the 5th hole, loads of tees, 2 golf gloves, a couple of hand warmers, cleaning towel, 5 ball markers, 2 pitch mark repairers, some aspirin, 3 hats, set of waterproofs, an umbrella, a pair of gaiters, 2 pairs of glasses. Christ, it's amazing I can pick the bloody thing up !!

Unable to hit greens for the life of me. My tee shots are consistently very good but I just cannot hit greens with the 2nd. Doesent matter if Im 150 or 70 out I'm just not able to convert to good scores...

Exact opposite ot you! Tee shots are horrible but can usually find the green from 210 and in... Only problem is it is often with a OB penalty

A bit of a push/push fade shot due to not fully squaring my club face to hit a draw. Especially on longer clubs. And a bit of a thin shot on irons occasionally when I'm trying to hit it harder than usual (60% instead of 30%).

EDIT: Maybe 15+ feet putts as well. My most recent round of golf was a 83 on a par 72, but Gamegolf tells me that I could save 5.5/8.94 strokes by practising 15-33 feet putts.

Right now my biggest issue is not being able to play after yesterday's shoulder proceedure. 4 weeks off minimum.

However, when I am playing, my biggest problem, when it shows up, would be poor tee shots. I have been known to slice a few every now, and then. A few hooks too. Both happen when I swing a little faster than normal, while looking for those few extra yards.

My biggest issues are tops/thinned shots or fat shots. Also a lack of distance compared to others. I just cannot get my weight forward, which causes these problems. Very frustrating.

Poor ball striking, usually off the tee. I had tree trouble on 7 of 18 holes in my last round.

Gout is a roaring bitch. My bruv seems to have it flare up every 6 to 8 months or so and he's damn near crippled for a week. It's love of the beer to blame in his case.

Good luck with all that.

At the risk of jinxing myself, my full swing has never been better. Maybe it just makes my short game seem that much worse. Had a wicked time with the pitches and chips lately. I've hit them thin, chucked a few, pulled a few and over-hit others. Just a little better out of those shots and I might have had my first 80-breaker.

That's brilliant, I am lucky if I can get 3 out of the 5 to click on the same day

There are some fallacies about gout. In fact, 9 out of 10 attacks are hereditary. The wrong diet is more of an issue when  you actually have it. The worst culprit is animal protein.Beer comes a close second, but wine and cider aren't to bad. Yes, the pain is horrendous, and until you have experienced it, you really don't know what suffering is about.

Mine is very similar. I simply cannot get my weight forward consistently. I attribute this to playing nothing but baseball for most of my youth, my muscle memory still wants to generate power by pushing off with the back foot. It's maddening.

Other than that my biggest problems is finding time to play more often.

I rarely get up and down from 20 yards and in from the pin.  I also play a hilly course and have been terrible on downhill lies.

I have only been able to practice and play about once per week which is inadequate at my 18.0 HCP to make much improvement.

I think I might be slightly a small hitter, I see some crazy yardages on some of the GG rounds here and could never imagine hitting those. Also,  with a driver have too many OBs..

Mine right now is my takeaway.  If I can take my club back on the correct plane with a nice shoulder turn, everything else takes care of itself.  For some reason getting it on that plane isn't natural, and my muscle memory reverts back to something steeper.
