It could have gone on to Die Another Day, oh well, You Only Live Twice. The virus certainly had a Licence to Kill, what can you do, Live and Let Die and just watch the Skyfall.

For the booster shot - is it 6 months from the date of your first shot? Or from the date you're fully vaccinated? I've been thinking the latter, but never really thought about it till now as I'm setting up appointment.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

I asked my local pharmacy if I could see the paperwork for a booster shot.  It required you to attest to having the second dose at least 6 months prior.  Said nothing about the two week delay to be fully vaccinated.

Two comments,

1) A friends brother just died from C19, unvacinated, at age 61.

2) I got my 3rd vac, booster, this past wed, pfizer.

I'm sorry to hear that. My condolences.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Sad to hear.  Very few need to die.

I just wonder, when you're unvaccinated and you get the symptoms, they get worse, you're admitted to the hospital... and then you see them rolling a ventilator toward you.  What are you thinking at that moment.

I have several friends who are still deniers.  I always sit at least 8 feet from them and wear my mask.

We have some pretty bad anti-vaxxers two doors down.  Two kids in middle school.   The whole family got it a while back.   Of course they found a place that prescribed Ivermectin and they won't get vaxxed when they should.   How do I know this?   They came back from Costco, which is pretty strict with masks, and came up to several of us on our street gleefully saying they defied the mask mandate at Costco and laughed about all of it.   What f***ing losers.

Some good trends overall.   Hot spots moving north and west though

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2021/us/covid-cases.html

  • Reports of new cases continue to trend steadily downward. Around 86,000 cases are being identified each day, down from more than 160,000 daily at the beginning of September.
  • While most of the country is rebounding from the summer case surge, trouble spots remain. Colorado, Vermont and Michiganare among a handful of states seeing sustained case growth.
  • The situation continues to improve in the South, the region that suffered the worst this summer. Florida now has one of the lowest average daily case rates in the country.
