I hope Phil pulls through. I can see BK doing his thing though, too. Additionally, someone could go out there and post a number before the leaders and give them something to stare at down the stretch. Should be a good finish tomorrow.

Koepka was atrocious  putting. Wide open tomorrow. -1 or 2 could  win.

As could -3 or -4 or -5 or -6 or -7 or -8 or -9 or -10. What difference does it make? The field hasn't been brought into it due to Koepka's "atrocious"putting.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

He should get a lengthy suspension. Wind  is down and  its going to be  a birdie  fest  on an easy  course.

I agree with the first part.

Do you have to be drunk to shout "Get in the hole!"?  Or just kinda stupid?

That happens so frequently at so many tournaments that I'm beginning to think the PGA pays a few of them guys to travel around and yell that out...

Speith was missing a lot of putts today, expecting them to naturally fall into the hole. Is it me or does he seem a bit _______ when he misses. Fill in the blank if you would like.

Yeah he seemed a little bit pissed.

Which leads me to this question? Aside from the top-four, who from a little further back could sneak in and post a number and steal this PGA?

My two picks: Watch Bryson... if he keeps it out of the shit. Or Jordan if he can putt.

It’ll be a long day tomorrow for Phil. To bad about those dropped shots coming in.

Absolutely, but I think 1 tournament is enough. Wallace’s caddy cold shouldered him on the 18th. I would have called Van Rooyen out then and there if I was caddying.

Looks  like they caved to the  players  complaints about  playing a challenging  course and turned  it  into putt putt.

Same dumb schtick since joining.

There has been worse scores in majors, but leading with -7 after three days does not indicate putt-putt.

I like tournaments with eagles, birdies and bogies, and a winning score around -10 is a nice score. -20 is too much and even par too tough. Never know with the wind on a course like this of course, which can move the scores in both directions.

As of this writing, there are 12 guys under par on a windy, championship level course, and the leading score is just -7. Yeah, sounds like “putt putt.” 🤦‍♂️

The last 4 holes are the four hardest on the course. One round of -3 is the best so far. Hardly low scoring

I’ve just sat down to watch the last round and the course looks a fair bit drier and firmer than the early rounds.
I had forgotten how interesting a track the Ocean course is. Played it on Toptracer at the range yesterday. I think the tee shots would be very intimidating in real life.

Yeah. Ole Phil can really dominate those bogeys. Some low scores out there, he better get it on strong today. No asinine play allowed..lol.

For anyone else experiencing this, I was able to load a stream via the CBS Sports app on my phone.  Hopefully that lasts for the tournament today :-)

    • Probably since the golfer has to swing the club back and up. The hands have to move back and up. You can feel them go back and up just by turning the shoulders and bending the right arm, because it brings your hands towards your right shoulder.  The difference is if you maintain width or not. Less width means a shorter feeling swing path so the more you need to lift the arms. Being as someone who gets the right arm bend at 110+ degrees, it's 100% a timing issue. I am use to like a 1.5+ second backswing. It probably should be like 1 second at most. Half a second or more will feel like an eternity. I have had swings where I keep my right arm straighter and I am still trying to time the downswing based on the old tempo.  Ideally, for me, it is probably going to be a much quicker and shorter (in duration) backswing, while keeping the right elbow straighter. Which also means more hinging to get swing length without over swinging.

    • I'm currently recuperating from surgery, so no golf, but have been thinking about this quite a bit. This and the don't overbend the right arm thing. It's hard for me to even pose the position, so I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like it's impossible to have the right humerus along the shirt seam and not overbend your right arm, unless your hands are down near your hips. If the left arm is up at or above the shoulder plane and your right arm is bent less than 90 degrees, then your right humerus has to raise or your hands will get pulled apart. Your left hand can't reach your right hand unless either the right upper arm is up or the right arm is overbent. Is that right? If it is, then focusing on not overbending the right arm would force you to raise the humerus. And actually thinking further on it, if you do overbend your right arm, then you're basically forcing your upper arm down or forcing your left arm to bend. Since (for me at least) bending the left arm too much is not something I think I need to worry about, it means that the bend in the trail arm is really the driving force behind what happens to the right humerus.
    • I managed to knock off a 3, a 13, and a 15 a couple of weeks ago. The 3 was a 185 yard par 3 with a 6 iron to 12 feet. 13 was a 350 yard par 4, which was a 2 iron and a 9 iron to about a foot. 15 was a 560 yard par 5 with a driver in a bunker, 4 iron into the semi, gap wedge to 8 feet and a putt.
