I don't see why one can't wear a white belt.   wear one and I have been for a long time.  Looking good when playing golf shows respect for the game.  Some of us are hackers who hate others who are better player.  Because a hacker can't beat you, he has to find other ways to put you down.  Let your game speak for you and not your mouth.  Cali

The fact that anyone has an issue with white belts is laughable. Come on people, get a little sense of style. Seeing old guys on the golf course wearing baggy pleated khaki dockers and oversize navy blue polo shirts is depressing. White belts are fashionable and contemporary. They also look classy when paired with the correct shoes and overall outfit. They look a hell of a lot nicer than the old brown leather braided belts some of you guys are probably still wearing. Look good, feel good, play good.

I guess we all have a little to much time on our hands.  I am not sure what is more depressing the fact that this thread was even started?  or the fact there are 113 replies to it?  Or the fact that I just wasted 10 minutes of my morning reading the first 3 pages?  I have a 36 inch waist and I own a white Puma belt....I wasn't sure if I looked stupid but now I know I do.....Belt is going in the trash thanks guys I am glad this is cleared up, it is a huge weight off my shoulders.

I just can not look that flashy out on the range.

Black or Grey slacks, once in a while black or gray shorts.

White, black or Blue polo I don't tuck it in.

White and Black Nike Shoes

Black socks

Black, white or blue hat.

Black and White bag.

I like everything simple maybe one day i will get a more colorful shirt or bag?

I know a bit boring.

I like a white belt with white pants, solid color polo, (mostly) white shoes. To me that's pretty conservative golf attire.

I love my white belts!! and carolina blue belts...and red belts haha.  Anything but a black belt...too boring in my opinion

Hey now, I bought my very first white belt* at 43! Mid-life crisis, probably -- but cheaper than a Harley and/or 25-year-old dental hygienist.

(* Snakeskin, with a black chrome buckle the size of a pack of cards. Oh yeah, Stretch is styling.)

Just don't wear the pants and belt way above the naval.  That is the warning sign of "old man golfer" disease.
