Counter is this same hack job could have been done on Hillary and been just as accurate.  Politician are fake and change their views and positions to whatever they think will get them elected.

I would by no means call this a "hack job"
hack-job. Noun. (plural hack jobs) The completion of a task in the quickest possible time at the expense of quality or attention to detail.

I would say that John Oliver gave quite alot of detail. And while " Politician are fake and change their views and positions to whatever they think will get them elected. " is a statement I can agree with; Trump has billed himself not as a politician  but a "successful businessman".
I have no issue with a person changing their view, we as human beings grown and our opinions are formed by experiences during our lives.

This bit showed in Trump's own words and actions that he is a fraud when it comes to "success" and making things "great"

Once again he refuses to acknowledge any instance that is less than "great". Look at his response this morning on the today show regarding CNN & KKK- he blamed the ear piece.
How is he going to handle a failed program, policy or legislation when it goes the way of "Trump mortgage" or "Trump Steaks"????

Yep and while his evasive tactics have worked through the pathetic debates and first rounds of dealing with a media yet to turn on him it will get old. At some point he is going to be forced to answer a question with something deeper than Trump speak.

I agree
"Great" is not going to cut it in a debate. Hillary will go after him. And his response of "Benghazi" or "email" is not going to be a sufficient tactic.
It seems he has "stuff" in his closet as well.

I am still partially waiting for him to lay down at the first debate and out himself as a Hillary supporter, who just pulled off the biggest scheme of all time!

Hatchet job is the right term. But people swap in hack job for it fairly often, so I guess the validity of calling it that depends on how you fall on the common error vs. strict meaning debate.

I meant hatchet job, thanks.  When someone starts out saying "A part of me likes Donald Trump and I hate that part of me" isn't going to provide unbiased commentary.

Of course its not unbiased, not remotely - but that doesn't make the commentary invalid.

Comedians typically hit the nail on the head every time when poking fun at politicians. They aren't the morons providing the fodder.

Check out Samantha Bee's new show, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee. She goes after everyone. and frankly, they all need to be poked fun at.

Interesting stuff on TRMS last night. Apparently after Romney had to endure an overly long primary season to eventually win the nomination the RNC changed  primary dates, shuffled the Super Tuesday states and moved up the convention a month.

Goal was to ensure the front runner secures the nomination quicker without being dirtied up by the other GOP candidates with no chance to win. If Trump cleans up today they pretty much set him up to coast to the convention.

Trump is a con man and fraudster. If you can't see that, you are the mark.

The real con is being instigated by the career politicians running against him. The simple fact is that his current net worth will become worthless if the dollar falls and the world goes off the dollar as the stabilizing currency. He's got his entire fortune riding on the success of America.

What do these career politicians have to lose? They have no idea. Most of them don't even know how to make money in the private sector. That is, they know nothing about actual work.

So far, he's been doing pretty well. The good news is that there really isn't anthing you can dig up about him at the last moment.

That piqued my curiosity. Here's the bit about that, it's about 2 minutes.

And yet people will disregard the content because the information is provided by a comedian.
Week after week John Oliver knocks it out of the park on any particular subject.
However most are too concerned by the wool being pulled over your eyes by the snake oil salesman.

Just sit back, relax and enjoy some Trump Steaks while you pay off your trump mortgage, because the republican party is about to get the candidate they deserve!

    • Day 197 (15 Nov 24) - Played in the Friday men’s group outing - blustery conditions in play (wind gusting 10-20; spotty pop up misting rain; temps in the mid 50’s), so it was a good day to work on course management.  Solid round of 83 (41/42) - 7 GIR, total 32 putts - included 10 pars (3 being up and downs), a dbl and triple bogie.
    • Have been on a mid to low 80’s roll of late - today was no different with an 83 (41 front / 42 back).   Played in the Friday men’s group outing - blustery conditions in play (wind gusting 10-20; spotty pop up misting rain; temps in the mid 50’s), so it was a good day to work on course management, delivering 7 GIR, total 32 putts - included 10 pars (3 being up and downs), a dbl and triple bogie.  Local course starting to get that winter feel - wet areas wetter, thin grass thinner, greens  trickier.
