Should the U.S. Open go Back to Chambers Bay?

Yes. The USGA has already said if they fix the green problems theyd like to go back. Outside of the bumpy greens, the course was well prepped. Most people don't realize brown is good.

Yes. I enjoyed watching the pros work the ball around and through all the banks and funnels on the course. The time zone difference allowed to watch a lot more of coverage than I usually do which was a bonus.

The 2015 US Open was fun to watch and I suspect not as much fun to play.  It was a good leader board and down to the wire, but from what I can tell just from watching the Fox broadcast, the greens were bumpy and required a bit of luck to drop a putt.  There were a couple of greens that were re-done and appeared to roll true, but with a number of years notice I would have expected the greens to roll true and reward the better putters.  There are quite a few courses in the US that could host a challenging US Open and I would look elsewhere, and would only consider Chambers Bay if they fixed the greens.  The hosts were clearly wired to the USGA and had their chance to make a good first impression, but IMO did not show due diligence in preparing the course.

I believe this was an unusually dry spring/summer and that normally now is a good almost "lush" time of year to have the U.S. Open.

I voted yes. It was a good course and made for some pretty entertaining golf.

Yes, but only if [insert snarky comment here] Possibilities include: - Mike Davis promises Jordan Spieth not to make 18 play as a "unbelievably stupid" par 4. - Billy Horschel works on his green mockery dance more. - Gary Player agrees this is a good idea. - Fox Sports hires cameramen who can follow a tiny white ball against the light backdrop. Did that cover al the controversies? I think all of those are achievable. Well, maybe not #3- but I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would like to see the US Ooen back there.

I vote no because I don't think its good for fans at the course and doesn't show well on tv. Even with improved greens, walking this course will always been like climbing Everest for the fans and players. US Open deserves a venue that can house a shit ton of fans, while also having an elite course in elite condition. It deserves the best of the best and CB is not one of them.

And also, we can get great leaderboards at any course.

I like what someone else said, let CB host another tournament in the Spring. The course is interesting and the Pacific Northwest is both beautiful and deserving of PGA tour airtime. WGC Match Play would be fun at CB (also didn't find Harding Park to be anything to write home about).

I would vote yes if they could fix the greens *as Iacas mentioned* and they also need to improve the experience for spectators at the course.

i voted yes........ the " stupid thing " is you could hold the US Open at a po-dunk muni course and the pro's would still show up and play.......

I like how the course itself played but they need to find a way to make the greens not so bumpy(if they can).I voted yes because it was fun to watch and had a great finish.
