You come to the last hole all square in your match or tied for the lead in a tournament.  What relatively common shot would give you the most pause or that you least want to have?  Severe downhill?  Severe sidehill with the ball below your feet?  Hard pan lie?  Very tight driving hole with lots of trouble right (or left)?  Something else?

For me it probably would be a plugged or "fried egg" lie in a greenside bunker.  There are lots of challenging shots for me and my shaky game.  I consistently have less than desirable results from that particular bunker shot.  Fortunately, that shot is not that common for me and is a big reason why I have not practiced it a lot in the past.

What about everyone else?

A down hill,  right breaking putt gets my attention pretty fast. It's a putt I see more than I want to. One I don't practice much.

Iron shots from side hill, up hill and down hill lies are shots I practice quite a bit. I'm use to them.

OBs, jail behind trees, plugged/fried egg downhill lie in a bunker etc. are obvious no-nos. All but guaranteed to miss up and down.

Beyond these, downhill hardpan 20-30 yards off green for up and down would be real low percentage.

Next worse would be fast right to left sliding downhill 4-5 footer (seems popular per above posts) with no back stop for par. Left to right always easier.

It could be anything from a tee shot, approach or a putt.

When your muscle gets tense, you never know what could happen.

Downhill greenside bunker shot, esp. if there's a pretty high lip to cover and it's 20 feet away.  Can't get those close unless the pin is 50' from the bunker and even then, all luck for me.

Off of a clean lie, there isn't really a shot in golf that gives me pause. If i have a open line of play and can see the back of the ball, i feel like i can hit the shot were i want it to go.

I guess the shot i would not like have to have with a tourney on the line is a long green side bunker shot. I struggle with long green side bunker shots (20 yards or more) but those are the hardest shots in golf, so lots of people struggle with it.

A narrow driving hole, with trouble on both sides, that I have to hit driver on to get a nGIR. Nowhere to hide a bad drive in that case. That would give me fits.

Only other thing would be a long (50+ foot) lag putt that I needed to get down in 2. There are lots of shots that I wouldn't like to have in that situation, but those two are the most common that I face.

It's probably a tie between short left to right putts or when the ball is above my feet on an iron shot.

Worst shot for me would have to be a chip shot from below the green with not much space to work with. Always end up having to chip back on from the other side after I've rolled it off the green.

Second would be a long iron with the ball below my feet. Always end up leaving the club face open and hitting it way right.

Third would be a severe downhill putt.

For me it is any partial wedge shot over a water hazard to the green (I can think of a few courses around here where this is the case on 9 or 18). Pretty decent chance I will duff it.

I think we have a winner.  Nothing worse than a downhill breaker that you'll either make for the win, or 3-putt for the loss.

90 to 110 yard approach (basically gap wedge). Sounds stupid but this is still a struggle for me to hit consistently.

any iron off of a tee - (i.e., tee shots on Par 3's)

from the same distance in the fairway, no issues.  but now make that exact same shot from the tee box?

When it's really bad, I sometimes just drop the ball on the tee box and hit whatever lie i get

Sidehill lie, ball above my feet ... I seem to catch these ones waaaay out on the toe entirely too often.
